If I can give them negative stars I would. My experience with them is the gas card never works and you have to use your own credit card to buy gas that they say is free. Bogus charges on tollway bridges the car was never driven on. I rented a car and drove it to Monmouth county NJ to visit family. I brought my own EasyPass to pay for the tolls going down the jersey turnpike and coming back into the city depending on traffic either thru Lincoln tunnel or GW Bridge. But somehow on that same day Hertz billed me for crossing the Triborough bridge. Not once like they said did I ever cross over to queens to go to NJ. That would be a logistics nightmare. Called customer service to dispute and they’re a bunch of idiots. I canceled my hertz subscription and joined enterprise.

I have been a member since it first came to NYC. That was probably 6 or 7 years ago. Initially it paid to use it when you needed a car for 2 to 3 hours or up to half a day. Cheaper because of free gas and cheap cars like the Fiat 500. The bill was usually 35 to 60 dollars. It has now become a failed business model. Gas has come way down in price and the Fiat 500 has about doubled in price. Figure about 60 to 100 dollars a day which is about what you will pay to rent daily from regular Hertz without the hassle of trying to get the car back on time. They have a deal if you prepay.

I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service. I tried several times to sign up on their website, but it said, please call customer care. When I did so, I was very rudely told to change web browsers and try again, despite saying that I had done so several times.

I’ve had nothing but issues with hertz24/​7. First, changing my billing address was a huge pain. They made me send them a copy of my bank statement with my billing address on it. I’ve purchased a lot of things online and have never had to go through that trouble.
Then when I had the car and needed to get gas, my member id number is no where to be find. It’s not on my card, it’s not in my profile on the app, it’s not in the confirmation email. I had to call the customer service number and wait on hold at the gas station until I finally got someone who could give me the information. The women I spoke to didn’t know where I could find the number for the future, but she was at least able to give it to me.
Lastly, I returned the car 2 hours early and was charged a late fee for returning it late. They did change the invoice soon after I emailed but this happened again the second time I rented a car.
The only reason I keep renting from hertz is the price.

Firstly, I would like to thank the Supervisor on duty [Nigel] for taking over the call during my maintenance issues yesterday during my rental. Also, the representative by the name of [April] was the last person I spoke to before my vehicle finally started. That being said– I would like to say my rental experience yesterday was very stressful. I picked up the FIAT at 11:15am, and the car had a little over ¼ tank. I drove it to Woodbury Commons mall– then to IKEA in Paramus, NJ… Before I parked the car the gas light had just begun to illuminate… this was at about 5:10pm… After exiting IKEA and preparing to leave the parking structure the car failed to start. At appromiately 6:45pm I called #Hertz24 to inform I was having car troubles. The first agent that assisted me was kind, but was unable to offer any real solutions. At one point I was told that I «should have got gas when I picked up the car» and at another point advised me to take a cab home, and would only be reimbursed up to $ 50 for a cab– and I would still be charged for the rental until the car was picked up. (I’m assuming by a tow truck) And after running several checks on her end, she came to the conclusion that the cars gas tank was empty, and that was not the fault of «HERTZ24»… Of course this response was unacceptable to me. After speaking to the supervisor Nigel, he informed me that their records showed the gas tank at 10% full… Which is certainly enough fuel to transport me to the closest fueling station. However, there was no clear reason why the car would not start. Nigel put out a fuel call, and about 1 hour later a tow truck brought 2 gallons of fuel. THIS DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE! Finally, after speaking to April almost 2hrs after my initial call, and I’m assuming she [reset the vehicle computer]? The car finally started! There is clearly an issue with the vehicle that neither myself, nor your representatives were able to figure out. I was happy that the car finally started and I was able to drive home. However– as a customer who rents from you quite often I am disapponted that I was NEVER contacted afterwards to ensure everything was «OKAY» nor was I offered any compensation for being inconvenienced. I’ve received my bill for a 24hr rental, and as if nothing ever happened. As a consumer– and also as a Manager myself– who deals with clients that expect quality care, I am very disappointed how this issue was resolved. Will I still rent with «HERTZ24»? Yes– I will. Up until yesterday my experiences with the company have been favorable. But I do implore to whom ever is in charge of continually providing consumers with an above average rental experience to review what happened to me yesterday, and to make certain it doesn’t happen to another HERTZ customer.

I was an early adopter for Connect by Hertz /​Hertz on Demand. For a long time I was a huge proponent, as you can see from my earlier review. I encouraged friends to join, sang their praises compared to zip car, etc.
I don’t know why things changed, but they very much have. I won’t go into detail about all of the issues I have had, from billing to reservations to cars, but here are a couple highlights: (1) the contract allows Hertz to switch the car you reserved for another «similar one» — what this means in real life is that 2 minutes before my reservation start time, while I was arguing with the garage attendant about whether I had a car I got a text saying that they had switched my car to one that was completely inaccessible given the time /​day (Xmas day). (2) on vacation in denver, was completely unable to open a car in spite of having a reservation.
Again, I won’t turn this into a novel, but suffice to say, I have cancelled my membership. What’s the point in being a member of a car rental club if you can’t rent a car from them?
Zipcar, here I come.

Horrible horrible horrible.
Used them for the last and final time back in April, had a horrible experience — car sucked, parking attendants sucked, and overall customer service sucked. I promptly fired them after this experience and have been enjoying my time with Zipcar for the last 6 months.
I get an email from them at 9:48 this morning saying my account is past due. Then another at 9:52 saying that I have not replied to their last notice and they were sending it to collections. I haven’t heard from them in 6 months, and they give me 4 minutes to reply. When I called the person I talked with was surprised that no one had contacted me in 6 months (and said as much). Because so much time has passed, I can’t go back further than 6 months to get my online statements so I can’t prove that it was paid. Now I have to get in touch with Citibank to get archived statements to prove I paid for it. After much discussion, she wouldn’t waive the $ 43. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He was a complete jerk, kept interrupting me, talking over me, demanding payment, and actually LIED and said they sent several emails (when the previous girl already told me no one did).
I asked him to send me the documentation and a bill in the mail for the amount due. I will likely end up paying it to make them go away, rather than bugging citibank for archived statements (pain in the ass factor greater than $ 43) I hope they enjoy my $ 43, and if my story deters 1 person from renting with them, then I will be happy.
Please don’t use them!

This service really is a joke. Not only do they continue to change names, branding and thus cards so you show up on a big day and you can’t unlock the car because they updated the system. But, more frustrating is the website. Why do they show me unavailable cars? Under what possible scenario is this useful?
All I get everytime is a map of possible locations, then when you click on those locations the map zooms in until eventually you just get a list of unavailable cars.
I really do not understand the logic behind this.
I would use this service if I didn’t have to spend an hour each time scrolling through unavailable cars. What a joke!

Every part of the experience was awful.
I get an email one day saying that as a hertz gold member I can get ²⁴⁄₇ for free. So I sign up, which was difficult. I reserve a car which was difficult. I live in New York, the car I rented was in Munich. They quote the price at $ 85 and offer me $ 25 for the first time rental. Basically my theory is they were using their gold members to test this product.
They never told me where the car was, the people in the office new nothing. I walked around trying cars and eventually got into one. The car didn’t start, no gas card. They charged me for miles even though they said they wouldn’t. The assistance in the car didn’t work. When I returned it they tried to take it back as regular rental, the guy didn’t know what ²⁴⁄₇ was which is I just park the car and lock it. Staff not properly trained. My $ 60 ride was $ 160 when it was all over. Never saw the $ 25 credit. Then I called hertz when I got back to the US, the people on the phone new nothing. I am currently waiting for a call back. I’ll end up disputing the charge.
I am cancelling the free membership. If you read all these reviews and sign up for this service, you are a masochist. I should have went to Unilocal first. I signed up for Unilocal today to leave this review.

I agree with many of the experiences others have had here, and agree they are not perfect, but am still using them. I have been a a member for a couple years, Zipcar for three years. So I have both.
Seems both services have gotten worse over time. Hertz has a habit of changing cars that you reserve, sometimes within an hour of making the reservation, and once right was my reservation was about to begin they switched to a car in a garage 10 blocks away. Annoying, but I haven’t yet had no car there when I show up as others have. I find it funny people say Hertz stinks, I am going to use Zipcar. By far my worst experience came a couple months ago from Zipcar. I’ll post about as a Zipcar review. So for now I am still using Hertz but I’ll tell you about a bad situation I had last week.
I had reserved a car in Murray Hill near my house for a Tuesday evening — not an overly busy time. In the four days between reserving the car and the time of the rental, the car was changed three times and the location once. This seems to be a real Hertz problem. Anyway, at the time of my reservation I am supposed to pick up a Volkswagon Jetta. I go the garage, get the car no problem. The car is very new, about 3500 miles, and looks fine. I drive away and then realize the fuel tank indicator is on empty and a yellow Gas light is lit up. Not only wasn’t there a ¼ tank, there was practically nothing. Judging from the other comments here, this seems to be a real problem with Hertz On Demand. And it is wrong that if we return it with less than ¼ tank, we get fined, but if we pick up a car with zero fuel we get nothing — we just have to deal with it.
As you know there are very few gas stations in Manhattan, but I needed to head up the FDR — I was heading to Westchester, so I got off at 96^th to go to the garage on 96^th and 1^st Avenue. I then discover, this Jetta requires DIESEL!!! What on earth is Hertz thinking? So I get a car with zero fuel, and now I need Diesel? The 96^th station has no Diesel so I get back on the FDR and go into the Bronx figuring I would be able to find a Diesel station there. I get stuck in bumper to bumper traffic due to an accident ahead. It goes on for a long time and I can’t even get to the exit to get off. I am really worried I am going to run out of gas and be stuck on the highway. I eventually get past the accident, so now I am panicking and get off the next exit in the Bronx.
The Hertz GPS unit in the car doesn’t work at all — it won’t turn on. I had brought my own GPS because it has my locations saved so I like to use it — the cigarette lighter socket doesn’t provide any electricity to my Garmin — totally useless. So here I am with no GPS in a not great neighborhood that I am unfamiliar with. I drive around, asking livery car drivers where I could find gas stations — I try 4 gas stations before finding a tiny, shady station that has diesel.
I tell the attendant I need to use this Hertz gas card and put in the mileage, etc. He says I can’t do it at the pump but can do it inside when we are done. Fine. He fills the tank with $ 68.00 of diesel. Now he can’t get the gas cap back on the car. The gas cap says «The Fuel Angel» and looks normally on the top but the inside has a 3 – 4 inch metal tube attached that goes down into the tank. The two of us spend 15 minutes trying to get this on, with diesel dripping on hands, etc. I call customer service, and it is a nice woman who looks in the Jetta Manual, but doesn’t really have anything to help me. Finally, I pushed or twisted it in the right combination or whatever, and it went in. Finally.
Now we go inside and the credit card machine won’t take the Hertz card. It takes the odometer reading and my member number, then rejects the transaction. So I have to use my own credit card and submit the receipt. Hertz was fast, reimbursing me the next day very quickly after submitting it.
The whole thing wasted about an hour and a half, and made me very late to where I was going. Worse was the worry I was going to run out of gas in a bad neighborhood in the Bronx. Really unpleasant experience. If I get a car with low gas again, that could be it for me and Hertz.
So a bad experience for sure, but Zipcar has problems too. It seems none of these services are working as well as they used to. Maybe they have gotten more users and haven’t upgraded number of cars, infrastructure etc. We’ll see.

I have used the HOD service a handful of times, with a generally neutral to positive experience. However, I will never use the service again, thanks entirely to the fact that the company ALMOST ruined my wedding day. Let me explain.
I booked a 7 passenger vehicle with a huge amount of cargo space close to 5 months in advance of my wedding. About a week before my wedding I got an email from Hertz telling me that they had cancelled my car and rebooked me into a smaller vehicle (read, inadequate for the space we required). No one bothered to check whether there was an alternative vehicle in the same class, and after close to an hour on the phone with multiple customer representatives it was finally discovered that my make of vehicle had been switched out with another make of vehicle that had the same seating and cargo room. A huge and time consuming annoyance, but they rebooked me into the new make of vehicle with the same seating and cargo space, and I breathed a sigh of relief.
Fast forward to my wedding day. Right before I left to go pick up the vehicle that was supposed to get me, 4 of my wedding guests, and a ton of decorations and supplies out to an LI vineyard for my wedding, I checked my email to find that the vehicle had AGAIN been cancelled and rebooked to a smaller (again, read, too small to be useful) vehicle in an entirely different zip code.
At this point, I just about hyperventilated from the shock and anxiety of wondering whether I would even MAKE IT TO MY OWN WEDDING, and my soon-​to-​be husband tried to take over the call to deal with it. The customer service rep was remarkably rude to him, kept him on hold for nearly 35 minutes in total, and then demanded to talk to me because I was the member with the reservation. When he explained that I had been encouraged to go get my makeup done and try my best to relax, she made him go get me and put me on the phone. Which required that he walk 15 minutes to the makeup salon where I was getting done up and hand me the phone to provide her with 2 pieces of basic contact information somehow validating my identity.
After being on hold, hold, hold, for what seemed like an hour, the customer rep FINALLY discovered that my vehicle had been in an accident on a prior rental, and so we had been rebooked in an entirely inadequately sized vehicle without consulting us as to our rental needs. We cancelled the entire reservation and went with regular AVIS, which costed us $ 150 more, but went without a hitch.
Unfortunately, the time required to find the new vehicle and pick it up a fair distance from our apartment resulted in us arriving to my wedding venue 2 hours late, and pretty much drenched in sweat and anxiety. Our poor photographer called us somewhat frantically when we weren’t there even on time for her to arrive wondering whether we were even coming!
All in all Hertz On Demand is a poorly run service that can and will cancel your car right out from under you without even a phone call to check that this won’t leave you in a huge, potentially wedding-​ending lurch. God forbid you should encounter such an issue, because their customer care service is understaffed, and will put you on hold for 30 mins or more if they deem it necessary.
DO NOT BOOK HERE. Pay the extra for the peace of mind and go with Zip Car, or just book outright with a normal rental service.

This started out well, but has completely gone downhill. Terrible website… doesn’t function correctly, HORRIFIC customer service… combative, argumentative and no training in how to treat a customer or resolve issues. They just don’t give a crap. Cars not always available when you go to pick them up… great news when you are trying to make a flight. They need to retrain their employees and start over! Fix their website and make more cars available. Avoid the grief… go somewhere else. I guess one gets what they pay for!!! This company sucks!!!

A disaster!
First experience (or quasi experience)
After booking the car I walked to the Hertz location only to discover that my car was in the middle of the lot with many cars blocking it. I called customer service and the only thing they could do was to cancel my reservation (luckily I didn’t have to go anywhere but was just trying the service…). That should have probably been enough to convince me to walk away from this business but unfortunately I decided to give it another try…
Second experience
This time I receive an email stating that I have $ 25 driving credit with Hert ²⁴⁄₇. I think it can be a good occasion to try it again. I book on Sunday afternoon go to the location with a bit of apprehension of finding my car blocked but this time it is good to go! I drive around, run a quick errand and bring it back in 50 minutes. So far so good. Unfortunately after five days a customer service rep leaves me a message saying that I should extend my reservation when I keep the car for so long…
Panicking I call Hertz ²⁴⁄₇ back and a customer representative tells me that I didn’t push the button to end the reservation but that I don’t have to worry and I will be charged only for the time booked. However a pending charge $ 40 appears on my online bank site (it would be $ 65 but I have the famous $ 25 driving credit). I call them back and another rep basically tells me the only reason I am not charged $ 1440 which is what is owned after five days at the hourly rate, is that they are gracious because it is my first rental. So I am charged for the day until midnight instead of one hour.
Some questions for Hertz ²⁴⁄₇:
1) How about communicating CLEARLY to push the button at the end of the reservation?
2) Why do we need to push the button anyhow since the car has GPS and Hertz ²⁴⁄₇ knows when it is back in the lot?
3) How about, if there is a returning problem on a $ 14 reservation calling the customer after a few hours rather than after a few days when the bill is $ 1440?
There will be no third experience for me but if you try them remember to push the button!

There is a need for members and Hertz to have better accountability for vehicle maintenance and condition. On 6÷26÷13 I used the vehicle to transport my family to my youngest sister’s high school graduation. I was dismayed by the condition of the vehicle: exterior was extremely dirty and the car needed to be washed, the interior was filthy: clothing left in the vehicle, food and crumbs on the floor, a half finished cup of coffee, spiders were nesting amongst the filth. I was concerned that we were all dressed up and had to sit on the soiled seats. Also the dashboard indicated that the rear right tire needed air.
Someone should be responsible for this. Obviously some customers are not fulfilling their obligation in sharing this information. And for the price of the car share (Enterprise is by far cheaper), I expect more. Hertz should work to guarantee both the cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles is periodically checked by Hertz staff.
Finally when I called and spoke with 2 Hertz Member Care reps, they were less than empathetic. One rep offered me a $ 10 credit (which was a slap in the face and added insult to injury). I spoke with the other rep who gave poor instructions on how to use the gas card. Because of his lack of clear directions I ended up having to pay for gas which really topped the incredibly horrible experience that I was having. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one was unavailable. Which I find hard to believe.
And I’m still waiting on the refund of my having to pay for gas…
What should have been a pleasant evening was plagued by the inconveniences of using Hertz On Demand.
A Dissatisfied Customer

Just reiterating a lot of the same seen here. The last two times I reserved a car here, it was unavailable. They dont bother to tell you this until 15 minutes before your reservation. That can really screw you. In my case, I purposely reserved the car 30 minutes early from when I actually needed it. But 40 minutes after the car was supposed to be rented, I called up customer service and they said that the previous person still had it out. How is this ok? So they «call» the person who has the car and they say it will be back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, the car is still not back and I cancel my reservation since the only alternate car they can offer is a 30 minute walk-​subway-​walk away.
Honestly, people are so rude sometimes like the person who kept the car over an hour past the end of their rental but Hertz needs to do something about this or else they will lose subscribers. They lost me.

Hertz On Demand ist NICHT zu empfehlen. Man kann als Deutscher nur in Deutschland buchen und auch hier funktioniert es sehr selten.
Im Ausland, insbesondere außerhalb Europas ist es NICHT möglich ein Fahrzeug zu buchen. Es werden weder der Nutzernamen erkannt, noch darf man mit dem deutschen Führerschein buchen. Der in Deutschland ausgehändigte Chip zum Öffnen der Fahrzeuge funktioniert im Ausland ebenso wenig. Darüber hinaus verlangt Hertz, dass man sich im Ausland noch einmal komplett registriert. Dies geht aber nur mit einer ausländische Adresse und Kreditkarte, die auf diese Adresse registriert wurde (unsere Erfahrung in den USA) und nicht online, sondern nur in den wenigen Hertz-​On-​Demand Stationen vorort.
Hinzu kommt, dass die Hotline schlecht geschult und selbst mit den einfachsten Fragen sofort überfordert ist. Das Back-​Office ist nicht besser und sendet sinnfreie 2-​Zeiler als Antwort: «da können wir auch nicht helfen».
Also: Finger weg — eine totale Enttäuschung und Zeitverschwendung!

I signed up for Hertz on demand b/​c of the no annual fee and the one-​way option to NYC airports… you get what you pay for.
2 out of the 3 times i booked a reservation since I switched from ZipCar, I got a text from them saying the car i had reserved was either different or not available at all.
The first time it was 30 minutes before picking up the car to go to the airport, so we just got a cab.
Second time (3 weeks later), it was 2 days before going skiing. They changed my car from a 4-​wheel drive SUV to a regular mini-​van. I called and asked if I could get an other 4X4, the lady said — sorry the only other option is a Chevy Equinox (or something like that). When I said to cancel the reservation she didn’t even try to get me a car from regular Hertz (which I had checked on the website was available).
I’m so dissappointed, I’m going back to Zip Car.

My personal vehicle was totaled in Hurricane Sandy and my fiancée and I decided to subscribe to the Hertz On Demand program rather than replace our car. The pricing seemed a bit better than ZipCar so we decided to give it a shot. It has been an awful experience and we’re canceling our membership immediately. Here’s what happened to us to push us over the edge.
2 weeks ago we had planned to visit my brother and his family in New Rochelle to celebrate Christmas together. We’d booked a car in advance under my fiancees account and the night before they cancelled it on us. When we called they said there were mechanical issues with the vehicle. They couldn’t get a replacement vehicle for us, the best they could do is find a car in Paramus for us to use (how the heck am I going to get to Paramus to get this car?). After screaming at their customer service rep we were offered a $ 25 credit for our inconvenience (gee thanks). Had to cancel on my brother and his family because the Path was still down and taking a bus to Port Authority then train from GCT just was too much for us, we needed the convenience of the car.
So today we finally had rescheduled to visit my brothers family and celebrate Christmas, and once again, Hertz on demand comes through in the clutch with a giant let down. Our car we booked for today, which we booked last week was scheduled to be on First and Washington. My fiancée received an email stating it would be in the parking garage at 215 Hudson (no problem I understand last night was New Years Eve and people parked wherever they wanted in town). So we went to the garage at 215 Hudson and we searched up and down all 5 floors of the garage 4 times, and our car was not there! My fiancée called customer service and they said «our GPS is indicating the car is there, sorry». After searching one more time up and down 5 floors, all while carrying heavy Christmas presents for my nieces, we did not find our car. My fiancée is really ticked at this point so I call customer service to deal with this. I asked them to put me in another car in Hoboken «Great no problem, there’s a Jeep on 1^st and Jefferson I can put you in. The difference for this vehicle is an additional $ 58.» Ok why should I have to pay more than my original booking? It’s not my fault the car I reserved isn’t located where it should be, so I’m being penalized an extra $ 58, I could’ve just rented a car from Enterprise for the day if I was going to spend $ 108. The customer service rep replied «I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do in the system to credit you, and it’s not our fault your car isn’t there, it’s the previous driver’s.»
Ok at this point I didn’t care about anything I feel like I’m running out of options and I just want to go see my family, brace yourself your going to be amazed with the quality customer care from these people. I told the rep to just book it, whatever I’ll pay the additional $ 58, I just want to go see my family. «I’m sorry I can’t book this for you unless you have another form of payment because our computer won’t authorize 2 bookings at once.» So due to their archaic booking system I couldn’t even book another car to replace the reserved one that didn’t exist. So I asked them to book it under my account and this is the best part of the whole story, the customer service rep replies «Ohh the existing reservation you’re trying to find is not under your name? We’re sorry, for security reasons we’re going to have to suspend both you and your fiancées accounts.» I was merely speaking on her behalf because she was crying hysterically because nobody was helping us to see our family. The only people acting fraudulently are the customer service reps.
As somebody who works in customer service I couldn’t believe how worthless these people were in helping us. Not to mention were subscribing to this program as people who suffered the loss of our car after Sandy, and trying to get together with family for the holidays, it’s not like I just needed the car to go grocery shopping. After trying to explain our situation to the customer service rep she simply replied, «I’m sorry Sir there’s nothing I can do to help you».

When I moved to NYC, I sold my car. Hertz on Demand allows me to rent the same Volvo I had for a decent rate.
When I signed up in August of 2011 for this service, I was told by the customer service rep that the hourly rate (with taxes), included gas, and tolls. It includes gas, but not tolls. My card was randomly being changed, with no explanation, for tolls for a rental in August of 2011 in May of 2012. NINE MONTHS LATER??? Ridiculous.
Also, the cars always have garbage in them, and reek of cigarette smoke.
I’ve rented cars multiple times that had no gas card, but were under ¼ of a tank. I called customer service, and was assured that I would be reimbursed. I have submitted my reimbursement request, as requested, and 2 months later, have not received reimbursement.
To top it off, I rented a VW Jetta last week. When I got in the car, there was less than ¼ of a tank of gas. THEN, Hertz clearly did not do their research, because after visiting 3 gas stations in NJ and 4 in Manhattan, I could still not find one that has diesel. There are only about 5 in the city, and it took us an hour (yes, an HOUR!) to find the only Manhattan gas station that has diesel — way out of our way at 45^th and 10^th.
Only ONCE have we ever received a helpful customer service agent. When we called about looking for a diesel gas station, the representative was very nice (because he, too, admitted how absurd this company is!). He comped us the hour it took us to look (even though the time wasted was far more annoying) and even stayed on the line with us to help us find a place that had Diesel.

Thank you Hertz on Demand for your nice cars, your numerous spots and courteous customer service.
Now you need to have more locations and more cheaper cars

This is as good a car rental spot as one could hope for. I rent cars from here every month – I’m probably one of the most active customers for this location. They have a wide selection of vehicles which are almost always new and clean and a pleasure to drive. The prices are reasonable if you book in advance online and if you have AAA the rates are even better.
This location is actually not that busy so you can often show up and have your car in about 5 minutes. The return process is equally as seemless. The guys who work downstairs in the garage are friendly.
I really have only positive things to say about this location. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
