Gruesome Playground Injuries

Through no fault of the actors, I could not connect with this play, just as the prior reviewer. The characters were unsympathetic, and rather unlikeable, and there was little of interest in the story, if you can even call it that. I became somewhat bored, actually, and at the end of each scene found myself hoping that it was the last. I’ve seen some real gems at the 2^nd stage, but this was disappointing. To each his own however — my mother really enjoyed it.

I was not able to connect with the story — a drama revolving around injuries of two emotionally damaged friends who minister to each other’s physical injuries but struggle to tend to their psychological pain. The story did not have, or I was unable to see, the depth and it was a series of new injuries and yelling between the two.
