Gabriel is so far one of the best hair stylist! His work is flawless in terms of everything: coloring, extensions, hair cutting. It took 5 hours to remove previous extensions (they were placed too high as Gabriel noticed), cut, color and put new extensions. In the end I was amazed, he is a truly perfectionist. It looked so natural and nobody could notice that these are extensions. The experience was just beyond expectations.

Gabriel is amazing. I am back and forth between NY and LA and was looking for a great stylist for color and extensions and we all know that can be very hard to find. He hit the spot! He was friendly and patient while revamping my chestnut color and giving me a glamorous set of extensions. It has been about a month and I love my color and hair just as much as the day I left the salon. Definitely got lucky to find such a creative and passionate stylist while I am here. Thanks!

It was clear that Gabriel was a professional and an expert from the first phone contact we had. I wanted to find a natural-​looking copper-​red color for my hair, and he, knowing the capricious nature of red color, was sure to address several influential factors before we even agreed to a face to face consultation. I appreciate that he was honest about the limits we had to work within, a sign of experience and good intuition.
Despite the annoyance I’m sure my long, tangled, bottle-​processed nest is, Gabriel was never hasty, never wavering. He’s like a sushi chef who moves efficiently and effectively, with no wasted movement. He was able to lift the bottled violet from my hair, blend the root and apply a glaze that left natural color variation throughout the length and around my face. He’s an expert colorist and the end result was perfection.

I’ve been following Gabriel all around the city for the last 8 years! I’ve sent multiple people to him including my mom, who is the pickiest of the pickiest. Gabe is always a perfectionist– I came in today with my inspiration photos and he matched them to a tee. I always ask him to balayage the front pieces of my hair to frame my face and it turns out gorg. So excited for my summer highlights– thanks Gabe!!!

My life improved and my look changed the day I received Great Lengths Extensions from Gabriel. The extensions of natural hair added thickness and volume plus beautiful mobility to my own hair. Gabriel Garay is the best colorist I have ever had. He is impeccable. I have been a loyal client for over five years and I am always delighted with his work. Gabriel is amazing. I have been going to see him for almost ten years and he’s always been great. In particular, he does a great job with balayage. It looks fantastic, and i get compliments all the time. I am dirty blond and we do highlights to be a bit blonder. It looks very natural, and would definitely recommend him.
