I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for the amazing night that was created by the talented FCI team for my father’s 70^th birthday. As one of our guests said «Chef Josh’s food is unbelievable, best I’ve eaten in a long time». It was a night created perfectly for us. Thank you again to everyone who helped to make this happen. Can’t wait for the next event!!!

FCI EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS! We just hosted our younger sister’s bridal shower at FCI. It was a cheese making and sit down 3 course luncheon. It was the best bridal shower we’ve ever attended.
The guests arrived and had this wonderful activity of making mozzarella cheese with the chef. There was a bruschetta station, wonderful cocktails of fresh fruit juices and Prosecco. The food was incredible, the atmosphere fabulous, the service 5 star and the event, incredibly memorable. I hope we can find a reason to host another event there soon.

I simply cannot say enough good things about FCI Catering & Events. Everything they did for our wedding was perfect. Chef Josh customized the entire menu based on our preferences. The food was amazing and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! Every single thing they served was delicious. FCI also made our wedding cake, which looked unbelievable and tasted incredible! Multiple guests asked for second helpings because the cake was so good. It seemed like as the night progressed the pleasant surprises kept coming. They included an intermezzo that was a delicious treat and totally unexpected, and the dessert bar they had created was very fun and delicious.
The team at FCI handled every detail of the day calmly and professionally. My wife had a mishap with her dress, but Alexis was right there to fix it for her — going above and beyond what we expected from our caterer. Our dedicated waiter made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night, and made us feel well taken care of. The entire night went so smoothly thanks to FCI’s flawless execution. My wife and I, along with all of our guests, had the most amazing night and that is definitely thanks to FCI!

I have worked with a number of catering companies in the past year and am happy to say that FCI is EXCEPTIONAL!
The food and the service are outstanding. What really impressed me was their attention to detail in all aspects of our event. I really felt like i had a whole team of professionals working to make our event a success. It was a great experience from booking through to the clean up after. I will use FCI again for sure. Highly recommend.
