I was in this store 3 weeks ago and couldn’t have been less impressed. The fabrications on all of their merchandise is extremely low grade impression silk or just straight up polyester blends. YUCK.
They have a ridiculous mark up. Like 150%. Not even kidding. They order their low quality goods from the cheapest places. Mostly from wholesale vendors online from what I’ve researched based off of some of their vendor tags that they forget to take off and replace with their own.
Not even kidding. My wife was in the fitting room and had two of the same jeans and they had two different tags on it. Talk about rip off.
Never coming back here again.

This is a great place to get European styled chic clothing. This is my go to place to update my wardrobe when I am looking for something new. The leather leggings and tops will make you feel great. Great silks, linens that will make you look put together with anything. With these prices, the clothes are hard to resist. They get new things all the time so one trip and you will be hooked!

this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a skirt for $ 200 a month ago and the elastic completely fell out. Since I had only shopped there that one time and I wasn’t a frequent shopper I did not expect special treatment, I only wanted to exchange the skirt as it fell apart after one wear.
This is where it got interesting, the sales person was happy to exchange the skirt for a similar one in white (I should also add it is now on sale), but I asked if maybe I could possible exchange it for something else at which point she said she would have to call the owner who she said is «crazy» and «French» so you never know what she will say.
Apparently the owner does not value the customer, they had a very quick conversation that sounded like neither one of them quite frankly cared. When the sales person got off the phone she was confused and said she would give me the skirt, but the owner was watching her on the camera and she would be fired so that was no longer an option.
Nothing nice came out her mouth during the exchange, they didn’t even offer to fix it or call me to discuss the problem. At one point she said «if you returned this to Bloomingdale’s»…i finished her sentence, they would pay a full refund.
The clothes are poorly made and the people who work there need a lesson in customer service, there are too many other stores to shop at, avoid this one!!!
