Called to find out if we need an appointment to get a document authenticated or if we should just walk in during business hours. The woman who answered the phone was rude and angry from the first sentence I spoke. She interrupted me after asking me a question, before I was able to speak more than three words to actually answer her question. She kept telling me the hours that the office is open, without actually saying whether or not we need an appointment. She put me on hold at one point (after being on the phone with me for about 60 seconds) and returned a minute later and told me the address of the building. I thanked her for the information and said again that all I really wanted to know is if we need an appointment before showing up, as I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. She interrupted me and said I could keep asking the same question 10 times but I would get the same answer every time. I hung up.
