Our review is a little delayed, but we’ve been too busy enjoying our amazing apartment that we found through CNYC! Renee van Keuren showed us our current apartment last year after finding it on StreetEasy and it fit everything we were looking for on our checklist. She was extremely pleasant to work with, very flexible with our schedules, and did everything in her power to ensure that we were able to get the apartment of our dreams. We’ve been in the apartment now since October and it has become our home so we are very grateful! Thank you Renee! :)

Renee was honest, transparent, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process from the showing/​application to the lease signing/​key pick up. It was a pleasure working with her… just a nice person without the pushy salesperson vibe. Highly recommended!

Renee is my absolute favorite agent in NYC. I was in the middle of securing an apartment through Citi Habitats (which was going poorly due to them misleading me) when I came across one of her listings on StreetEasy.
I set up a viewing for later that week. When that apartment was taken, she immediately called me and gave me an alternative 1 bedroom to look at that was very similar to the one that was no longer available. This was not a bait and switch, this was actually a better apartment, in a better location, for barely more money.
Within 24 hours she gave me 2 separate viewings, helped me apply, and met with me to sign the lease!
Renee was very straightforward and honest through the entire process. She’s the first agent I’ve worked with where there were no surprises.

Renee is a wonderful asset to have in your apartment search. She’s very accommodating and always has helpful words of advice to ease your hunting stress.
The listings from this firm greatly exceed many of the random ones you’ll find on Craigslist in terms of value and space. I always keep an eye on them and use StreetEasy to watch the market.

Well… Let me be the first one to write a review on this company because they helped me so well here. I was looking for an apartment on Craigslist. Renee van Keuren, who is one of the agents working for CNYC apartments LLC, had a studio listed on Craigslist. I called her up, and asked her if I could see the place within the next hour. Ms. Van Keuren was very accommodating and made time for me instantly. She showed me the place. She was not pushy at all whatsoever, and had a very caring attitude, in combination with 10 years of experience in the field of brokers. Signing the lease was a piece of cake. The paperwork this company asks for is kept to a very reasonable minimum. I would be happy to do business with this company again. However: For now I am very happy with my new little sanctuary. :)
