Some of the nicest and most friendly people I’ve met in NYC. Their prices are fair and somewhat cheap compared to other on-​demand laundry places nearby, especially considering they will deliver within the neighborhood.
Haven’t experienced any problems with my clothes and the turnaround time is very quick!

I highly recommend this business. They provide high quality dry cleaning and great customer service at a fair price.
I am currently working 50 – 60 hour weeks while interviewing for medical school around the country, so it has been a very hectic time schedule-​wise. As someone who is still living on a student budget, I only have 1 suit and was in search of a reasonably priced place to dry clean it.
Outside of the flawless job that John and his wife have done cleaning the clothing (and a white rug that had a pretty bad red nail polish stain on it) I had dropped off with them, they have repeatedly cleaned and delivered my 1 suit and interview shoes within 3 – 4 days and personally delivered them to my apartment building for no extra charge. Because of them, I have had one less thing to worry about while preparing for interviews, working, and catching flights.
***Most recently, they delivered my cleaned suit to my building on the Wednesday before thanksgiving for me to have for an upcoming interview the following week (as requested). However, due to a death in the family, I had to leave New York before that time and the suit sat in my lobby for a week, and was picked up by mistake by a fellow tenant. Even though it was confirmed that they had done their job cleaning and delivering the suit, when my building manager was not responsive to my situation, John and his wife tracked all other deliveries to my building that week and instructed the doorman of which rooms to contact to see if they had taken my clothing by mistake. Because of them, the doorman was able to knock on the door to different apartments and get my suit back from someone who had taken it by mistake with his own clothes. John and his wife called both me and the building to follow up and ensure that that situation was resolved. I do not think I would have gotten my suit back without their help, and definitely would not have had it to wear to my interview that same week.***
These people go above and beyond what you would expect from a dry cleaner’s. Each time I ask for a service, although they have never failed to do an amazing job, they only say that they will just do their very best. Outside of being very kind, fair, and honest people, John and his wife provide an excellent service and truly care about doing great work and taking care of their customers.
(Side note– I finally remembered to write this review after John recognized me while walking down the street and called out my name to say hello!)
I am so glad I chose to bring my clothes to them that first time and am definitely a loyal customer! Five stars :)

Very nice owners. John and Sarah. Bed taking my laundry here for 7 months and they have not messed up and go out of their way to get the laundry to me. Whether by delivering or dropping off for late night pick up at the deli next door. They also do a great job fixing clothing and watch straps.

Amazing customer service. I’ve been going to John and Sarah at Choice Cleaners 7 for about 5 years and they treat me like family. They are the best dry cleaning an seamstress service in the area!

ive been bringing my dry cleaning here for years and have always been satisfied. recently i brought them my mink to move buttons and alter. they did the most amazing job! i am so beyond happy and impressed! i highly recommend this place! they do great work and are so friendly you just want to hug them. after i tried on my coat i did hug them!

I wanted to love this place. They employees seem very friendly. But when I tried to ask them why there was a hole in my dress after it being cleaned by them, the attendant simply told me to wait while he assisted other customers picking up their items. In addition to this inappropriate customer service, I find 11.50 for dry cleaning a dress expensive. I don’t think they should charge me for cleaning an article of clothing that they have ruined by making a hole in it in the process. While they repaired a hole in my leather coat and cleaned it, at $ 93 for the coat cleaning and repair and $ 65 for the backback, and over $ 10 for two dresses the price and service I received ($ 177) lead me to believe I will not be patronizing this dry cleaning place again. I’ll rather take my drycleaning to NJ where I can have any garment cleaned for $ 1.99.

Incredibly friendly employees, free and fast pickup/​delivery, and my clothes are treated very well.

This is my first Unilocal review ever. I always thought I would be the one to review a restaurant or some place other than the cleaners, but this place is excellent. The two employees I encountered where the nicest, friendliest people I have met in a very long time. Free and timely delivery and no problems what-​so-​ever with my clothing. Highly highly recommend — the employees will make your day 100% better. I just can’t get over how nice they are
