Jess provided support and understanding of the needs in my own journey through developing a relationship and blending that with education about the effect manipulating macronutrients has on weight loss, toning, and overall confidence. As a dancer, or rather any athlete, we strive for our optimum health and diet is a huge component. I know I am not alone in previously believing I needed to banish certain foods from my diet, cut things out to lose weight, eat less before a performance, but that mindset only led to disordered eating habits. Jess, an athlete herself, provided the outside perspective I needed and in a way dehumanized my relationship to food, meaning I felt less and less shame/guilt because Jess used science and numbers over unrealistic external motives to create change. As we gradually manipulated the macronutrients: fats, carbs, and protein, my cravings disappeared, calories consumed decreased by almost 1,000, I was satiated the entire time, slimmed down and toned, and felt educated about the process. Jess is the outside perspective you want! It is pretty amazing to witness your body and apatite transform through Jess’ guidance and the beauty of science!

I can’t say enough about Jess Rothschild! Aside from the fact that she truly knows her stuff and is clearly an expert in her field, Jess is also an amazing, motivating force. She is not about quick fixes. She is all about long-term, lifestyle changes, which is exactly what I was looking for. Every step of the way, Jess guided me through this journey and never let me quit. I am very thankful for her help and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a complete overhaul of their diet, workout routine, and a true lesson in moderation!
