I recently had blackout roller shades installed in my home, and I couldn’t be happier. Mark Dahan was great, courteous and provided many different options to choose from. I had blinds recently installed by another company, but you were able to see the reflection from the blinds while watching TV which annoyed me. I called New York Window Design and Mark came right out, provided us suggestions, was reasonable with his pricing, and he promised us that his installer will be able to install the roller shades over the existing blinds. Huge plus!!! When I want complete darkness in my living room, I pull down the shades and when I want a room full of light, I roll them up and the blinds do their job. I love this option. Thanks Mark for all your help. I am a very happy customer!
