Great customer service! I brought in an old mountain bike for a «tune up» and after a free diagnostic review of the bike’s condition the staff was very helpful in advising on what my options were. I ultimately picked «a la carte» services for the gears and the breaks, which was fine with the staff. At no point did I feel pressured to have more work done than I was comfortable with. I am very pleased with the experience and will definitely be back when the need arises!

They helped me and my girlfriend pick a bike out for her, and they were very thorough in making sure she got a bike that fit her.
