Anderson Bed & Breakfast

This place is amazing. Dawn is so welcoming and easy to work with. We had a great night sleep and a wonderful breakfast. We also had some great conversation. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! Very inviting and warm, and incredibly well decorated! We enjoyed the sounds of Mrs. Anderson playing piano and checking out the very spoiled coop of chickens they keep, which make amazing eggs, and the location could not be better. You’ll never run out of chocolate chip cookies or wine, so if those are things you enjoy, the Anderson’s have got you covered, on the House.
Breakfast in the morning was divine, we had homemade waffles, made from scratch Keesh, biscuit and gravy casserole and fresh fruit each day. Some days we ate at the crack of dawn others right before lunch time, you just let them know when you want to eat and your place will be set and if your up in time, the candles will still be lit!
We stayed in the Van Mannen suite, it was spacious and well thought out, the shower was perfect size with a super high shower head which pleased my man of 6’5″ who did not have to crouch to shower :) the bed is memory foam and delightfully comfy with lots of pillows to choose from.
I’d recommend this place to anyone, and we plan to stay again this April for the Fort Riley Military Ball. Thanks Dawn and Phil, for a great experience!

Amazing accommodations for my daughter’s graduation weekend! Perfectly situated within Manhattan, the Anderson Bed and Breakfast was truly among the best inns we’ve stayed at; with well-​furnished large rooms, fantastic décor, and wonderful hosts! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay and reception a weekend to remember!
