Spoke with owner, Ariel Schur via phone on Sunday, January 17^th 2016 regarding a recruitment opportunity and was invited to meet with her for an interview the very next day which happened to be MLK day (don’t ask me why their office was open on a national holiday).
The interview was brief and very informal. 90% of the interview was pretty much Ariel telling me how much of a «shit show» she was running and that she desperately needed someone to implement structure and get her business of 10 employees in check in order to ultimately save her company from drowning.
I was made an offer a few days later as a Recruitment Manager. During my first few days there, I witnessed a lot of unprofessionalism and unethical behavior. On my 5^th day, one employee talked openly about her and her friends’ drug usage, then had a nervous break down and left the office crying while another Recruiter was a no show (who happened to be earning only 2k less than me-​go figure).
Due to the lack of staff present, the owner was completely in over her head and decided to direct all of her frustrations at me after only 1 week. I was told by several other employees that this is just the way things are at this company. That’s when i decided to check out.
Please avoid this company at all cost! Oh, and please disregard all positive reviews written by the owner and her staff!
P. S. That microwave in the reception area needs to be set on fire!

They do not call back, not helpful, and not professional!

ABS Staffing Solutions is literally as good as it gets. Such a professional group. My experience with the agency was that of efficiency and diligence.

An agency that understands. While remaining professional, they balance a welcoming environment with employees that make you their main focus. I felt that my business was dealt in an entirely competent and engaging manner.

Highly professional & pulled together agency. I hope to get work from them and left with very good feelings because I was treated with dignity.

At a time when I needed clear communication and understanding of the staffing needs I had, Ariel was instrumental. I called her and she immediately understood my unique needs. She understood the best way to facilitate the right staffing and the staffing she sent to me was top notch. I can’t recommend her and ABS enough.

My experience with ABS Staffing Solutions was pretty great. I received a call from Ashley regarding a position she believed I would be a good fit for, met her with her that same day (today). She was very friendly, helpful and determined to find me a job. I met various staff members and had a great experience with each and every one of them. Also met Lauren, she was very helpful as well. Over all, very professional staffing agency, looking forward to working with them. So glad Ashley called me! Love the office and professional atmosphere. I would definitely recommend contacting them.
