Worst parking lot in new York. I always tips those guys. But few days ago i parked my car over there and on the way out i didn’t had cash to give him tips. However now every times i go there the guy tell me no space but he takes the cars that are behind me. I asked him why do you do this he told me: «i m the manager here and i do whatever i wish to do and i dont like fu**ing jew get lost» This a serious racial comment, i really wish i can do something about it. This is not right, stay out of that place.

This business should not be allowed to continue to operate. Beware of iPark (formerly) Imperial Parking. My 2014 BMW was crashed into the ceiling of the garage on 37^th Street off 6^th Avenue in April when a vehicle lift malfunctioned and I am approximately $ 3,500 out of pocket as of mid July after numerous promises of reimbursement by their Risk Manager. Phone calls and email to the General Manager (Tim) have gone unanswered as has a phone call to the president of Imperial/​iPark (Bill Lerner). In addition to more lies and deceitful actions than I could possibly go into here, I was initially told my one year old BMW was being taken to BMW for repairs and I later learned my vehicle was brought to a shoddy little garage on the west side of Manhattan and that garage is not certified to do BMW repairs. This repair shop caused additional damage. Shame on me for trusting in this business and waiting this long to file a claim with the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, reach out to the local media and hire an attorney to collect money I am due from this horrible business.
