These guys did my hardwood floors.
Background…I am a high end painting contractor and I am very familiar with trades who are careless, irresponsibly, flaky, as I am the one who has to fix all the nicks, scratches, dents and all the other things that careless trades do to my work.
So, on my house, I was prepared to have to deal with all that.
However, these guys are absolutely top notch. They show up when they say they are going to show up, their work is 1^st rate, and the installers had a great attitude, even with me and my demanding ways.
I never recommend ANY Trades to people, and lots of people ask, but these guys are the exception because I can trust that whoever I recommend them to will be taken care of.
I could not be happier with their work, and I don’t say that very often in my world.

After starting with another local and larger, Man Bch company and receiving a substantial up-​charge for leveling, I called the Wilson brothers. Here’s the letter I sent to them:
Dear Travis & Ross:

I want to take time to thank both of you along with your lead installer and his helper for the outstanding job your company did in my family room and den/​office. Ever since we purchased our home back in 1999, I have always wanted beautiful hardwood floors — and now I do!
The job you did speaks for itself. It’s absolutely gorgous. I couldn’t have asked for more. But, I want to say a word about your character. As you recall, you weren’t my first choice and your reluctance to offer a quote while I was still involved with other vendor spoke volumes to me about your professionalism and desire to «do things the right way.»
As soon as I dissolved my prior relationship, your quote was reasonable and workable. And, you jumped in to begin the very next day.
Please be free to use my recommendation in any way you please. Again, we love these floors!
