Went in to the store today, I love Trina Turk. Not one customer in the store, two employees standing at the register. Not a hello, how are you, welcome, nothing. There stood there and stared at my husband and I. My husband loved the bath towels and wanted to buy some for our house. I said are you kidding, after no one even acknowledges that we walked in the door? If your employees think they are too good to greet the customers they should be reminded that THEY are the ones who are working in a clothing store for probably minimum wage, not me.

Lots and lots of dresses that fit well on any gal. I went there looking for a new dress that could serve double-duty for both evening attire and work in my office. Yeah, it’s a tough find, but trust me it’s possible! I ended up getting a mini /tunic and a fitted dress that I can wear with a blazer at work. The sales lady was top notch. She didn’t get in my face and force herself on me, but she was prompt and polite with any questions I had. Eventually, we got to talking and she ended up helping me find the right outfit. It annoys me when you’re trying on a dress, and you realize it’s one fugly frock on you, but the clerk is so hungry for sales she thinks shit wrapped in tin foil would look cute on you. So it was *such* a breathe of fresh air when the 3rd Gallery sales clerk advised me not to buy that dress that looked like a potato sack on me! She then pulled a few other dresses that didn’t have rack-appeal, but she thought would be more flattering on me. She was absolutely spot-on. Minus one star for the price. I love my new dresses, but they cost $ 300-$ 400 each OUCH. There’s sales racks, but it’s $ 100 minimum here.
