I really enjoy yoga classes at Tap In 2 You as they are fun, focused and motivating. I’ve been taking Lynn’s class for probably 6 – 7 months now and see major improvement in my own flexibility, strength and posture. Which probably helps in other parts of my life such as concentration, energy level or even peacefulness within. Also a little pain in my hip is no longer. She is really good and patient in helping you get into the proper alignment. I’ve taken classes elsewhere but soon stopped going due to the lack of attention, loss of interest or teachers were just not intuitive as Lynn. There is always positive and enthusiastic energy filtering through the room which makes practice a joy to participate in… I can understand why there are so many of us «regulars» week after week. I look forward to class.
