We agree with another reviewer that this company seems to only do a «cosmetic» inspection… and they don’t even appear to be in business anymore… They didn’t even look for asbestos or other hazardous materials — and around the middle of the report they note that this is not within the scope of their investigation — then what on Earth that is IMPORTANT and VALUABLE for prospective buyers to KNOW AHEAD OF TIME IS within the scope of their inspection when buying a house?! We didn’t need an inspection company to tell us about windows that stick for goodness’ sake! Now, over five years later, we learned that our attic has asbestos in it, which may be a huge factor in why I have had serious chronic illness all this time…

Hired Paul for home inspection. Although it looked like he was doing a detailed job at the time, he ended up missing several major problems, including a central A/​C that didn’t work at all. His report has a disclaimer saying they are not qualified to judge whether a A/​C system is sufficient to cool a house. Ok, fine. But, there was no freon in the compressor, so it wasn’t even a question of sufficient cooling or not. There was no cooling at all. A simple check of the air blowing out the vent should have uncovered the problem. Very disappointed. On the bright side, we did get a really thick inspection report.

DO NOT USE!!! We had him inspect our home we were purchasing and he missed a number of problems we should have requested for repairs. With the main being the attic, A leaking heating vent in our roof! He is horrible. All he focused on was the «cosmetics» of the house. They should take his license away!
