I worked with Mr. Danby in obtaining a home loan for our purchase last year. It doesn’t make much sense to me to comment on how great a rate he got etc… that is more for the market to decide. I can comment, however on his overall demeanor and professionalism. From the beginning he was very upfront and forthright regarding the process. He was very accessible and I frequently remarked at the quickness of his replies. What really distinguishes him, in my opinion, however, is the service after sale. He still avails himself to answer various questions and I feel like I have a «go-​to guy» in the industry. Those with experience with this business know that it is full of individuals who are high on promises and low on delivery. It’s nice to come along a high integrity individual who promises only what they know they can deliver. I recommend Mr. Danby without reservation.
