Domino’s Pizza

Ordered a sandwich, cheesy bread, 20oz sprite, extra ranch, extra marinara. Delivery guy shows up to my door with only the sandwich and cheesy bread. I looked on the receipt and everything I actually ordered was on there. Sandwich was terrible. I threw it out.

Ordered delivery here and lets just say it was one of the worst pizzas I ever ate, we ordered three medium, stuffed garlic bread and wings. The pizzas were flavorless and undercooked. There was barely any toppings on it also. And when the driver came he brought me three credit card receipts for charges I was never told were made, I was already exhausted and saw no point in arguing so I just let it go. Then when I was signing the receipts the driver told me to put a tip for him, I’m sorry but the last time I checked the tip is up to the customers?

I ordered a pizza and paid. They never delivered the pizza and now will not pick up the phone. I have a security camera at my front door no one ever showed up. No one called. i was skeptical about this online pay before you get it bullshit and i got screwed

The entire bottom of the pizza was yellow because of the grease. It seeped through the entire box and dirtied my countertop. Never will I order this pizza again.

Domino’s is one of my favorites, but today 5÷2÷2015 I had the worst experience ever. I understand that this location was renovated but that doesn’t mean that the associates have to be unorganized.
I made a phone order around 7:15pm, ordered 3 pizzas. The delivery was late 7:59pm and I only received 2 pizzas. I asked for the 3^rd pizza and the person who delivered them said my 3^rd pizza wasn’t ready. He went back and I had to wait another 15min. When I received my 3^rd pizza it was the wrong one. I had to drive to the location by this time I was already upset. With respect I spoke to the manager and he was giving me attitude, btw I wasn’t the only one who was getting wrong orders. I asked for my money back and ended up at In N Out where I got better customer service even though they were very busy.
Never going to this location again.

What in the world? Commercial pizza chains are not an art, craft or a specialty dish. Pizza from a chain store is simply a PROCESS. Take the order, make the pizza, smile for pick up or delivery.
If you can’t treat your customers with service you really should seek work at the DMV.
Horrible customer service… Really the only way to summarize this location is; Too much cheese in the brain.
If you want basic pizza from a basic pizza chain, order somewhere else.

Order a pizza from this place. order was ready when we picked it up but employees seemed like they didn’t wanna b there.. we asked for napkins it took longer for them to give us napkins than to give us our order.. not coming back here ever!

I ordered online. an hour after nothing showed up, the tracker showed it was delivered, so I called and they told me they don’t deliver to Hermosa and it’s against their policy. Mind you — when you order online it goes by proximity, it doesn’t give you an option of what Domino’s it comes from and you can’t choose. He finally said they’d make it again and «make an exception». another hour later NOTHING. I called back and went through the whole conversation again — with the same guy! It had been 2 hours since I ordered. He was uncivilized and acting like it was my fault the website ordered from their store, lecturing ME. Unprofessional, poor management, rude.

Pizza tasted decent but…
I called right after the online order and requested a 2 liter of diet coke be added to the order, the girl on the phone confirmed and then gave me a new total.
When the driver arrived there wasn’t a soda. When I asked him about it he said it wasn’t on the order and we weren’t charged. Not exactly the customer service I was expecting.
Also when the driver handed me the boxes the almost fell to the floor, not sure whose fault it was or if an accident but when we opened the pizza boxes the pizza had come apart and on the cheese pizza it was flipped over and all over the box.
We were starving and decided to eat it anyway. Not the best Dominos experience.

all i wanted was half way ok pizza delivered in less than an hour. not a high bar I thought.
ordered online it said i would have my pizza in 29 min. the online tracker showed it delivered 40 min before it really showed up. pure bs !!!

called shop at 7:13 told be it would be there soon with even asking for an order # more bs!
pizza shows up 7:40 smashed box and cold (107 deg f) I check with a digital probe!
the pizza shop is 1.8 miles from my house
they could have delivered it on foot and been faster

I will never eat at this Dominos again and will tell my friends not to go there either. I ordered a take out pizza for my child and was waiting in the store for about 10 minutes. During that time, I saw a delivery driver use the cash register to give change and then go immediately to cut up a pizza and put it in a box with his unwashed, ungloved hands and give it to a customer. When my pizza was done, I asked that they wear gloves before they touch my pizza, but the manager didn’t like that and told me to leave the store. The manager needs customer service training and all the employees need retraining in food handling. Gross.

Good service. Good pizza. What else do you want? If you want gourmet pizza, then head across the street for CPK. N

Eater beware. Had food poisoning and called Domino’s HQ. They were great and said store would call. 5 days later no call. Go somewhere else unless you like being sick!

They absolutely screwed up my entire order, probably because all of the other employees were speaking loudly (gossiping) while I was placing it. I asked for a deep dish Hawaiian with extra cheese, and received a dd plain cheese. The second item was a medium thin crust pizza and got a regular crust pizza.
Then I asked for wings, «all wings, no drum sticks.» The order taker told me he had to speak with his manager to find out if It was ok. So he set the phone down and had a conversation with her, which I heard every word of. She asked him if I was that one guy who ordered take out like that and he said no. When he picked up the phone, he said that,“they couldn’t do that, it would mess with their inventory.”
Good to know Domino’s has separate SKU’s in your inventory system tracking both types of chicken wings. By the way, of the 14 pieces in the order, 4 were wings and 10 were drum sticks. You might want to make sure the «inventory was properly deducted;» would hate to think about a wing shortfall in your inventory system!
Then, I asked for all blue cheese for the wings, but given the loud conversation his co-​workers were having, it’s no surprise I received 1 blue cheese and 2 ranches.
When we called back the first time about the Hawaiian, they offered to credit us (for a future order) or send us a replacement now. We asked to have the credit put on our card now, but apparently that isn’t possible in 2013 (speaking of technology, nice iPhone app by the way. Very modern). Then when I realized that the thin crust was wrong too, the person who answered the phone (male) said «oh, we only offer that in a medium» (I ordered a small). Not quite sure what the confusion was, but to their credit they did manage to get the breadsticks and salad right at least. Plus they sent over two replacement pies about 20 minutes later.
After not ordering from Domino’s in 10 years, my fiancé and I both recall now why that was.
Guess your PR campaign hasn’t worked it’s way down from corporate to the store level.
(And don’t get me started about the first store I called, which is ½ a mile closer but wouldn’t deliver to us).

Simply awful! Crummy service, disgusting bland pizza. Its a sad state of affairs when you can get a much better product out of the frozen food section of the grocery story.

It’s pretty hard to screw up pizza but one of the chicks actually succeeded in doing just that. It didn’t taste too bad but it was cut in shapes I’ve never seen before, I don’t know what the hell she was thinking. She answered the phones rudely and cursed quite a bit too and worst of all the bitch argued with me saying I ordered breadsticks after I told her 5 times I didn’t. What the f***! Why argue instead of just takin it off the god damn order… Move her to a dominoes in the hood

Fast Delivery. Pizza was the bomb. That means great. Loved it!!!

Pizza Pizza Pizza what can go wrong? Well believe it or not some pizza places can ruin your pizza. Its been a while since I had Dominoes so we ordered this weekend and we were surprised to know that the commercial truly is working for them. The taste of our pizza was really good. I guess they have this new crust now and the delivery was with 20minutes. Thats even better. So I will try dominoes again.

I haven’t eaten Dominos in years so let’s just say this was a last resort. The new pizza is actually pretty good. I wouldn’t say great or outstanding, but good. Some other reviews on here complain about the delivery time but they delivered my pizza in 20 mins. Sweet deal! Next time I’m hung over and craving cheese and carbs I’m calling Domino’s!

DISGUSTING! There was a DEAD COCKROACH on my pizza!!! The manager acted as if we had PLANTED the bug on the pizza and he sent someone over only after we demanded they come pick up the pizza to see for themselves! I will NEVER ever eat from Dominos again!
I tried to give this place NO stars but I was required to leave at least one.
They need to do some actual quality control and inspect their food and kitchen!
