Absolutely ridicuolous how incompetant this bank/​policies are. They contact me saying i’m elegible for a loan product. They approve me, we redo the loan — to get a better rate, 2nd loan — they assign my info to someone elses account 3. loan — they cant finish their part within 45 days — they close it and after 3 other approvals by underwriters — the 4rth comes back and says — i cant modify due to something w my 2nd. The loan product was not suppose to consider the 2nd at all. Then they charge me fee’s to get payoffs from their own company and now 2 months later — they still havent been able to refund their fees. RUN far away from this bank. Credit Unions are the way to go.
