Can be reached with ease, they are available to answer any questions you may have. Obtaining an appointment is easy and when my kids are sick I get a same day appointment. with no problem. The Doctors take the time to explain what is going on with my kid and what the treatment is going to be and what to expect.

Front Office kills this place, Rude and condescending. Most recently, never been to an office where staff just blurts out to one another when you walk in, «I think they have a flag on their account, check for balances.» Sheesh, even if I did(there wasn’t) then why not do this discretely? It’s unprofessional. I have good insurance, my copay is minimal, why would you allow your staff to treat your patients this way?

Drs. Tabibzadeh and Aliprandis are fantastic pediatricians in that they always take the time to explain whatever is occurring with my child and how they plan on addressing/treating it. The Medical staff are also great, in particular Gabrielle. I am so very happy that we found this practice and these particular group of physicians, nurses and medical personnel. I have every confidence in the care that they provide. The Romains

Unfortunately the front office hurts the practice. We’ve been lied to repeatedly with respect to fees. Now they’re using Obamacare as an excuse to overcharge. They’ve added billable procedures to a well-baby exam that was 100% free even before Obamacare took effect. They’ve always spread out vaccine visits to more than the Government recommended schedule in order to create more billable visits. When my first was born we were coming in twice a month! When questioned Tabibzadeh immediately switched back to the regular schedule. I’ve seen three different pediatricians 5 years because of the loss of doctor Imran and then doctor Pitt. I can’t even keep my child’s physician continuous through their early childhood! Heck, often a nurse is the one giving the shots and taking the vitals anyway. Maybe billing competence is different than medical competence but the constant appeals for cash make me call all other aspects of the practice into question. I’ve certainly got the twenty bucks copay but my excellent coverage(I’ve read the EOB’s and my coverage documents thoroughly) means that the constant appeals for trumped up charges and lies leave a bitter taste. With sadness I’m going to check out some other pediatricians. There are many of them out there. The last straw was«Gabby» on 7÷8÷15. Please don’t lie and especially not to someone who has actually understands how health insurance works.

I have been with Dr. Tabibzadeh for the past 12.5 years. I do not even know where to begin. Not only do I feel like I am known as a parent of 3 children in her practice(it is not like being just another patient here) but she makes my kids feel that way too. I have never met a more gentle, compassionate, attentive Dr. ever. Her level of care is hard to come by these days. It is actually quite refreshing to know that there are still Dr.‘s that can be reached with ease, are available and approachable to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The ease of obtaining an appt is so easy and when my kids are sick(I have 3 so that is often!), I get a same day appt. with no problem at all. The support staff of this office is the best I have ever encountered. Super friendly, caring, funny and easy for my kids to be around. They all simply let us know we are part of a big family there. It is nice to see the same faces every time we go there. Makes it less scary for my kids. If you are in the market for a pediatrician, I can’t stress enough how this should be the one!
