Difficult and rigid person. Was not helpful when I needed to resubmit to insurance and behaved inappropriately petty when I was late after sitting in traffic for an hour and a half with my 1.5 year old — even though I called a few times to let her know I was doing my best to get there on time. Service is OK, but be warned, will not accommodate if any issues come up. Quite the opposite.

Dr Zapantis is a great dentist. She has been taking care my family for many years. Extremely competent, knowledgible, caring and most of all gentle. I highly recommend her.

OK, let me start with, I hate Dentists, but it’s something you have to do. So if you’re going, might as well go to someone that’s good. Dr Zapantis is definitely one of the best Dentists I’ve gone to. She’s gentle, she knows what she’s doing. The place is very clean, has up to date equipment. Oh and did I mention they have Nitrous (sweet Air), that definitely helps take the edge off while getting your mouth worked on.
Her office staff is really nice, and Rita the Dental Hygienist really does a great job and has a very gentle touch. Also her office in in the Americana shopping center so you can always go shopping after a visit…

Ok, so, I actually enjoy going to the Dentist! Dr. Zapantis is kind and gentle when it comes to cleanings and procedures. The office is clean, the staff is very friendly and her selection of magazines are A1 top notch! I have been going to her for 10 years now and am very satisfied with my experiences there.
