Cocoa Nail Salon

This was my first time at this salon and I got a pedicure. The worst pedicure ever!!! she rushed did a horrible paint job and was rude the entire time when I asked her to fix anything! Also very unsanitary!!! Definitely will not be back !!!

I had a very bad experience here. It was very dirty. I sat down to get my nails done and the lady brushed finger nail clippings on to the floor. She than attempted to use tools on me which when she got up i inspected had skin on them and were clearly previously used and UNCLEAN. Disturbed to say the least!

The service and the quality of the mani’s and pedi’s here are the best. The’re not the cheapest in town but they are worth the extra cost. The staff and service is top notch. I always recommend this place to all of my friends :)

There are about 10 nail salons within walking distance of this salon and I’ve been to them all. This place is by far the best. The décor is lacking but the warm and friendly staff will make you feel right at home. I don’t know how they remember my name as I only get my nails done once in a while but it’s so sweet to be greeted each visit. The quality is also great. My manicures last for well over a week.

I went back here for a pedicure after I had my gel nails done at Emma’s.
The women were just as sweet as ever, and squeezed me in 15 minutes before closing. Pedicure was only $ 16!

This is the most consistent nail salon I’ve been to. I’ve tried cheaper ones in the city and you can definitely see a difference in quality and service. I find myself always coming back here — I would rather pay a little extra for better quality. They are super polite and always fit me in, no matter how busy it is, even if I show up close to closing time. Even if they work with haste, my mani-​pedis are always very shiny and smooth and last a fairly long time. And yes, you go there once and they remember your name when you come back! Those Korean ladies are so sweet and cute! Sometimes, they give you really nice, brief shoulder massages while you’re waiting for your nails to dry. If you’re a klutz like me and you accidentally scratch your nails while they are drying, they happily fix it for you. I think once, she completely re-​did a nail I totally smudged.
I can’t wait to get my nails done before summer.
