I had a problem with my Coach bag where the fur was starting to come off, I brought it to the Coach in Manhasset and sure enough the manager, Amanda was so extremely helpful!!! She checked in the back to see if they had my bag in stock and they did not so she was able to locate it online and mailed a brand new bag right to my front door in only two days!!! She was very helpful and considerate!

Its ok. This coach store i located in the Americana Manhasset mall. It is close by to other high end retail stores. For some reason i think this store was a little below average. It doesnt have the feel of the other coach stores i’ve been to. The staff was nice but not warm. There was no «personal» feeling. If i’m spending a lot of money on an item, i feel like the service should be better. I did want to see a bag and upon handing it to me, I was told nothing about it. Nothing about the leather or the design. She wasn’t «selling» it to me. She wasn’t really trying to show me why it was a good buy. The store was very clean. A little dark. A wide variety of bags were out on display. Again, staff was nice but not«warm». She didnt give me any reason to buy their product. I wanted to buy the bag there but I decided to go to another Coach store to buy it for a better, enjoyable experience.

I was in the neighborhood over the weekend so I thought I would drop by. I saw a wristlet that I wanted and told the salesgirl I would like to purchase it. She went to ring it up and as she was looking for my info in the system, I told her my address changed and would need to be updated. So she proceeded to change it in the system and ring up my purchase. After I paid she told me she is going to the back to get me a new wristlet and would wrap it up for me. I opened up my purchase a few days later and noticed that she packed the wrong wristlet!!! Since that Coach store was too far away for me to just stop in I went to another one. Since I didn’t go back to the same store they had to process a return and repurchase the correct one. When they went to look for me in the system they couldn’t locate my info. Turns out my info wasn’t changed!!! I cannot believe the salesgirl in Manhasset is that incompetent!!! How hard is it to find the same wristlet she had in her hand and wrap up a new one? Apparently that task was too hard for her to take on… I suggest if you do buy something from the Manhasset store double check before leaving…
