I honestly cannot thank Jacob enough for helping me with a troubled tragus piercing I had done in New Orleans. The jewelry they had put in was inadequate and was causing serious irritation and infection, and when I called Jacob looking for a threadless titanium labret (after calling numerous places in NOLA and being disappointed every time) he had exactly what I needed! He also corrected the way I had been cleaning it, and I saw immediate improvement within a few days of switching the jewelry and cleaning method. Even if you do not live in the Mandeville area, I can honestly say that it is worth the trip out there. I’m looking forward to going to him for any future piercings, he is very professional and obviously knows what he’s doing.
