Premier Cleaners No 9

Hubby & I have used them for 5yrs and have never experienced this level of outstanding customer service! I’ve trusted them with countless items over the years and never had an issue with any of them. Yes the prices are great and because they’re popular, mornings & evenings they can get busy. (Be careful in the parking lot!) But 2 incidents stick out for me:
1) A year ago, I took an number of items in for dry cleaning and was pulling my hair out for a couple of days looking for some cash I had withdrawn from the bank. When I picked up my dry cleaning a few days later, the young lady behind the counter handed me an envelope and said this was found in the pocket of one of your jackets. Low and behold it was the $ 300 I’d been looking for! I tipped the girl $ 50 on the spot for being so honest. They could have easily taken the cash and never said a thing, but they were honest and honorable, which is pretty unheard of these days.
2) Just last month I took an old leather jacket in to be repaired. They don’t do repairs but recommended a local guy who does. Well, after some serious teeth-​gnashing to get the jacket returned before our move, Cindy stepped in and got the jacket back from the sub-​contractor the night before we drove cross-​country. She willingly went above and beyond to assist — even though it wasn’t her responsibility to do so. The jacket WAS repaired beautifully, but the repair guy was overwhelmed by volume of business — but Cindy made it right!
All in all, I’ll be hard-​pressed to locate another dry cleaner in our new area that offers this kind of value and service!

I found that they are great for everyday clothing. If you have nice items you want to preserve, I’d suggest somewhere else.
It would be nice if the had a website to show their hours of operation. I hate calling for such a simple question and I’m sure they don’t like answering the phone.
The people are very nice there.

This dry cleaner is the most reasonably priced cleaner on the Northshore. Each piece is $ 2.05 (plus tax), and most items only take a day.
The catch is that it is cash or check only, and you must prepay. I learned this the hard way, when I brought about 10 items and wanted to use my card.
The cleaning is done on site, which allows them to do your items quickly. This is very convenient when you get your suit back from the tailor and need it cleaned before your event the next day (I like to procrastinate).
The employees are very friendly and professional. They also are very quick, which is especially important considering the volume this place has. Because they do a good job, and are cheap, the place can get packed.
I would highly recommend this place for cheap, quick and effective cleaning.
