Came in after getting a flat on I-12 today. I asked them 3 times if they thought it better/safer to just buy a new tire — they could’ve said yes and had a good sake. However, they said it wasn’t necessary and how well patching works, and maintains tire safety. $ 34.00 total. So in my opinion they’re honest, willing to help you understand how things work, and friendly.

This place is a joke! We took our car in to have our free rotation and balance done(it was included in the purchase of our tires). We left the car for a couple of hours so they could do the work. When we got back it didn’t look like the car had been moved. We left, the car drove exactly the same as it had when we dropped it off. After closer checking we realized they hadn’t done anything to our car. No rotation, no balancing… nothing, but lied and gave us paperwork saying they did. What a terrible excuse for good business practices! We’ve used various NTBs across the country and never had a complaint. I would suggest making the drive to Covington, Baton Rouge or anywhere BUTHERE!

Don’t let the name change fool you. This is still operated by the same people who operated the Tire Kingdom here that provided some of the worst«customer service» I have ever experienced. I will not waste another minute of my life relating all of the horrendous details, but will simply state that if I got a flat tire across the street from this place, I would gladly pay to have my car towed elsewhere.
