Schwan Buick GMC Cadillac Service

A little odd for a drive thru oil change but once we got in there it was very convenient to be able to sit in the truck while they changed our oil and rotated our tires. The staff was friendly and helpful and even offered water and coffee while we waited. We will be returning with our vehicles each time they need an oil change.

Our day started out TERRIBLE. As we were coming to do our trade, our vehicles transmission went out, right then and there I thought well great, this is a done deal, I wont be getting my new car. I called our sales guy Tyler, and he was more than accommodating getting out a tow truck to Dickinson to meet the other tow truck we had take us there, and a separate vehicle to ride back to Bismarck in. He assured it wasn’t that big of a deal, its happened before, and they would just take the difference off the cost of a new tranny from our trade. I feel we were given a very fair price on the cost of a new tranny and once we got to Schwan, our paperwork process went very quickly and smoothly and we got our new car! :)
I want to thank everyone there that helped in our very stressful situation. I thought we were doomed, and it all worked out and they kept me calm. I will defiantly do business here again and have already told many friends the awesome customer service we received!
