Ordered arrangement– wilted in 2 days. Called left message to inform and no one called back. So I called the next day. They asked me to bring it back and the would replace. They knew this arrangement was delivered to the hospital. I explained my mother is in the hospital and I am here visiting her. Uhm… the last thing I would want to do drive the arrangement back! Really poor customer service had to speak with the gentleman mgr or owner not sure but was very rude and decided to tell me how delicate these flowers can be. I get that since I grow them. Had to ask him to deliver and that I certainly didn’t want to leave the hospital.

We ordered a Prom corsage from FTD and Hirsch Florist was the recipient of our order. When the corsage was delivered, the delivery driver rang our doorbell multiple times, knocked loudly on our door(over excessive), and recked of cigarette smoke. After looking at the corsage, we noticed that FTD used mature roses in their display, whereas we received miniature, immature roses without an explanation of why… and we paid over $ 80 for this particular corsage. It is frustrating to purchase an item online and expectations fall short; however, I’m sure the time spend on this arrangement was consuming. I gave 2 stars for the rudeness of the delivery driver and not meeting expectations.
