Was told my multiple sales staff they could transfer an item bought at one store to another location for pickup. 70 miles of driving and 3 hours later, turns out they can not. Still cheaper than paying $ 120 to have it delivered. I guess they only care about their customers on weekdays because they sure don’t on weekends.

Weekends Only is fine, they sell inexpensive furniture, I get it. They also sell very bad warranties for this furniture. DONOTBUY A GUARDSMANSERVICEAGREEMENT. When we bought our dining room table our sales guy told us about this fantastic warranty that covered«everything» it is such a great warranty he told us over and over again. As it was a wood table we thought why not. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEORYOURMONEYON A GUARDSMANSERVICEAGREEMENT. 1. They make you jump through SOMANY hops to file a claim 2. They only cover the damage shown in the What is Covered 3. They have TERRIBLE customer service with VERY long wait times Our dining room table out of the blue starting warping at the seam where the leaves can go in. No big deal, took the pictures submiteed the claim by web AND mail and was told since it was not one of the items that was listed in the covered section it was not covered even though this particular issue was not listed on the«Not Covered» section. This company is crap and their warranty is too. Don’t know if other furniture stores are pushing this crappy warranty so I am posting my review here. Save the $ 100 and just take care of your new peice of furniture because if something does go wrong it won’t end up being covered or in my case NOTNOT covered.

Just left. Found a dining room table in under 10 minutes. Their computer system is down so no one can purchase anything. I hate wasting my time.

We came here knowing exactly what furniture we wanted. We walked in, found it, then had to search for someone to sell it to us. It took longer to find an employee than it did to find the furniture. Took over 15 minutes to find a employee and get rung out. Now we are waiting in the pick-up area for the past 10 minutes with 4 other vehicles and no one is bringing any furniture out. I have never purchased from weekends only before but so far I’m extremely disappointed. It should not take this long when we knew exactly what we wanted. More vehicles keep pulling up to pick up furniture but no one is bringing any furniture out. As I wrote this whole review only one item was brought out. We are still waiting, now we are up to 15 minutes of waiting.

Huge selection on couches, they aren’t all great looking but lots of them. Not a lot of matching sets as far aas the leather couches and finding a leather recliner to match. Very reasonable prices. I did like that the salesman greeted us when we went in, told us his name and let us look without bothering us.

Recently relocated to the area from out of the state. We needed a couple of rooms because the home we move into was a bit larger than the one we left. Saw the store when I stopped into WalMart. Got approved for financing and was ready to spend money! However, I could not get one of the sales people to speak to me. I had to go back to the front and have them call someone for me. I bought something that day. Stopped back in a couple more times and the same issue, no one spoke, smiled, nothing. They just walked by. I emailed customer service and received typical blah blah response with a promise to have store manager follow-up. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing. Lowest price = Lowest Service at this place. I will pay more to be treated better every time!!!

Not great. The prices are good, but they don’t have a lot of matching stuff & have way too big of a selection on ugly couches. It was, however, a lot of fun for my kid, who enjoyed running around the store — it’s basically just a big warehouse. The sales reps are total stalkers. Furniture sales must be a very difficult gig, because they just sort of follow you around the store, waiting to pounce. But I guess that’s the case almost anywhere. Mostly I just didn’t like the selection here. It is, however, nicer than the Weekends Only in South County.

After a long Sunday of shopping that started at 9:30AM, we ended up at Weekends Furniture at about 6:45PM. This was one of the main planned shopping spots to pick up a few things for the kids bedrooms. I was pulling a trailer all day(yes even to the mall) just in case we found something that would work for our girls. This was the 2nd time in this location, but the first time that we were going to buy something. The place is huge and has many items to choose from. However, we left with an empty trailer. Why? Because we felt uncomfortable. There wasn’t anything really wrong with the salesperson. But once you have introduced yourself, don’t stand 10 feet away and follow every move we make. We couldn’t even have a conversation with each other. Every time I turned around! Finally we just left. You have to read the customer. You can tell when someone is looking for help, or is hinting at needing assistance or obvious that that they want to browse. Outside of saying«Go Away» which I won’t do, we gave the indication that we just wanted to browse. I don’t know, maybe it was just because it was a long day. I will update immediately if I go back and have a different experience.

Weekends Only is awesome. 1. Great selection of furniture, for more than fair prices. 2. Helpful salespeople that actually helped, listened and directed me to the the items I needed. Not once did they try to sell me something I didn’t want. 3. Used the delivery service. They were quick, professional and did work without any damage to my house or furniture. If you’re looking for affordable furniture that looks good, Weekends Only is the place in St. Louis. ATH

I’d been to one other Weekends Only location and wasn’t terribly impressed with the crowds and the warehouse feel. But I needed to get a twin bed and after a lot of internet searching, I found two options that said they were at the West County Weekends Only so off I went. This location is the best Weekends Only that I’ve been to — maybe I just hit it at a great time but it wasn’t crowded, employees were everywhere and willing to help and everything was arranged nicely and easy to find. The website didn’t lie and the two beds were there, we were able to look at them and figure out what we wanted and then get a good cheap mattress in the same store. Everything was available and since we went on a Saturday we were able to have the items delivered on Sunday. The bed and mattress set cost less than just the bed frame would have cost at other furniture stores. My tip with Weekends Only is to scour the website first — everything the store has will be on the site — figure out what items you’re interested in seeing in person and then figure out which store in St. Louis has them — you’ll save a lot of time driving around.

Ahhh, furniture shopping. I love you and hate you at the same time. It’s fun to pick up new pieces that make your house feel like a home. But it’s kind of a pain in the ass to find the RIGHT piece… ones that you just fall in love with. Or maybe that’s just me. I’m picky, I suppose. Anyway, I stopped by Weekends Only on a Sunday afternoon to look for a few items for the house. Weekends Only has a huge selection of sofas, beds, tables… just about every piece of furniture you can imagine. And most of the items are very reasonably priced. I couldn’t find a sectional or dining room table that I loved, but I did find two bookcases that I just had to have. After tracking down someone to help me(funny how there’s a billion salespeople working the floor, but when I actually needed someone — no one to be found!), I was handed a sheet of paper with my item numbers on it, and I was sent to customer service to pay. Once again, I fail to understand how there can be practically 50 people roaming the sales floor, but only ONE person at the register? I politely asked one of the roaming sales people if they could check me out, and they said no. WTF. Finally, I was able to pay for my items. Weekends Only gives you the option of having your items delivered or picking them up there. Whichever option you choose, you must do it within 7 days of your purchase. Since I just had two bookcases, I opted to pick them up at the store. The guys helped me load up the items in my car, and I was on my way! After a few hours of assembly(I LOVE putting together furniture! Seriously, I do.) my bookcases look just as pretty as they did in the store! I’m a happy girl.

I have no expectation of what exactly I was looking for, but driving down Manchester Saturday afternoon I could not resist checking out the BRANDNEW store! I picked up two lamps for my night stands, at $ 18 a piece originally $ 38 I was thinking«this is AWESOME!» There was so much stuff that I could have took home, but nowhere to put it all. Saw a few items that I still think have my name on them. They sell lamps and decorative items for your home or office, rugs, office items, etc. It’s a must stop in kind of place! So happy I’m going back this weekend to buy a bed!
