Just an update on this office. I still think the staff and Dr. Goplavar are good at what they do, however Dr. Goplavar (staff) DOES NOT inform his patients that they no longer take their insurance. We found out the hard way by getting a bill for a routine cleaning, xray and exam. These would have been fully covered under our plan, so imagine our surprise when we got a bill. They were still making appt. s for the rest of my family and their explanation to my husband was «Oh, we will still bill out to your insurance, you will JUST have $$ to pay. Why pay when we have coverage??? They should tell their patients at the beginning of each year (when they should be checking to see if the Ins. is still the same or not) whether they are accepting it or not. Will be looking for another dental practice that takes our Insurance.
