I signed up for the dongle device. lol wirelss modem that plugs into your usb and looks like a thumb drive. Plan was reasonable, sign up easy and clerk just what I needed. No problems, but my service at my house not the best so I decided to give up portability for the reliability of wired internet. Return was fairly easy but way too long a process. No problem with clerk, but I had to talk with someone on the phone at HQ and my service refund will be mailed to me. Odd. Wish the service worked for my situation as well as the two clerks who helped me.
This location is in the Mall of NH and not the one up further on willow st.
