We purchased our office furniture from TE. Overall we received what we purchased but the customer service from our sales rep was poor at best. We were originally told it would take about 3 weeks to receive our furniture. It ended up taking about 6 weeks to get everything that we ordered. Our conference room table did not come with the first delivery and no one told us it was not coming. When it came I was not there and it had a big scuff on the table top. It was too bad because the rest of the table looked great. I called our salesmen and after a bit of pursuading he agreed to replace it. He first told me we would have to pay for another delivery which I argued with him over. He blamed me saying that we rushed them and that’s why it got scuffed. The other thing was I picked out a desk for my office that ended up being to big for the space. We had given our sales rep the layout and I don’t totally blame him but I might have thought he would had suggested a smaller desk. They did swap it out for a smaller desk which worked out fine. Some of the items had keys for the locks, some not. I was told that I had to buy them on line. For what you pay they should include the keys even if they have to get them. Overall not a terrible experience but not really great either. One positive was the guys that came to deliver and assemble everything. They were great.

Great place for 2nd hand office furniture! I got a $ 10-$ 12k, solid cherry office suite for $ 2k. They do on site restoration work where possible(minor wood repair, etc). There is a clearance section, I have gotten extra chair for $ 5 each! These have been a lifesaver for dinner parties hosting 20+ people. Staff are very polite and depending on the item, you can haggle a little bit. The inventory is always changing, so you never really know what you’ll find on here! Give it a whirl, I am sure you’ll find something you never knew you needed…
