TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer

This place has terrible customer service. Went there today to return a phone charger that broke in only 3 weeks. Also was asking about latest phones and head phones so I could upgrade. I had to talk all the way across the store to the salesperson cause the punk was to lazy to come out from behind the counter. His attitude was rude also. Yeah new phones over there headphones over there. And there was only one other person in the store and another salesman was helping her. I don’t buy junk so I will be purchasing a new phone/​tablet/​headphones and gear at another location.

I had a QUICK question that I needed to just run into any Verizon wireless store for. I don’t even live in this town so this was my first and only time experience, and I just Happened to run into this location. Again, I wasn’t here for any sales opportunities, just a quick question and leave. So I walk in, and immediately notice one of the sales people be ever so glad to offer to help me even though 3 others were sitting down chatting. Simply asked my question, first off got looked at like I was stupid even know I was TOLD to go to any store. And then I get hit on SO bad I don’t even like remembering it. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable ever before and I wasn’t even done being told what I needed, so I had to stand through the awkwardness. Finally once done, from what felt like an hour even though it was maybe 2 minutes, I got what i needed and still had Beaty eyes on me. Walked away with said salesman walking behind me, they stopped, and all I could feel walking out of the store was their eyes on me staring in the most uncomfortable way. I have never wanted to get out of a place so fast. I won’t ever go back into this store, ever. Good first impression.
