Royal Airport Service

I have been using Royal Airport Service for 4 – 5 years without any issues. Then this year their service has gone downhill… with worst experience last July — they somehow forgot to pick us up to go to the airport. So, I had to take my car and we almost missed our flight and ended up paying hundreds of dollars for the 2-​weeks of parking at the airport. Before that they showed up 5 – 10 minutes late 2 – 3 times we used them this year. I will recommend using another car service and only use Royal as a last option.

Scariest driver I’ve ever used. Driver was all over the road, nearly hitting multiple cars, having no regard for other drivers. Worst case of road rage I have ever experienced from a so-​called professional driver. I would suggest avoiding this company, even if stranded. You’d be better off missing your trip than risking your life with Royal

I have used this company for airport transportation 5 – 6 times. Always on time. Drivers are professional and courteous. I use the online service to book most of the time but have also called the office for a reservation. My card is on file so I don’t have to worry about having cash or top etc. I would highly recommend this service to family and friends.

Other that the cars being a little dated, the owner buys older Lincoln Town Cars and refurbishes them, the service has been excellent for me. I have used them at least ten times and they have never been late. The drivers are always pleasant and courteous and the price is about the same as a taxi. It’s pretty simple for me, I call, they show up, the car is clean, the drivers are good and the price is fair. Beats a smelly broken down taxi any day.

HORRIBLE!!! Driver was late. it was biting cold outside. he drove up with the trunk ajar where I promptly loaded my own stuff and got in., he slammed the trunk and off we went. he said some excuse about a sick child… my face, ears and legs were stinging from the cold. He complained the whole ride and when he was bitching about headlights being flashed «I know my trunk is open! it is broken!» I went uhhhhh… my stuff may come out onto traffic? he said yes and pulled off where there is NO shoulder right before an exit ramp and he got out while morning rush hour in Boston (6 am) happening. Oooh lovely… i paid to get the shit scared out of me of maybe being hit as well as him… nice! He tossed my bags next to me and continued on. he proceeded to bitch about toll prices and when i said something positive he seemingly always found something to complain about. i would turn to see if the back window was fully blocked by the bouncing trunk and he blamed that on a sick child experience too. distinctly thought he was lying from the get go especially when i called and the secretary told me he was looping and he wasn’t. driver did not help me with my bags when leaving but made sure to get out and eye my purse and say stretching legs… handed him his 20 and continued to the building,. good luck to them :(Do not believe the money back guarantee. addendum: the owner actually posted a professional comment of concern on the post after she defended the broken car over the phone, expressed extreme anger and did not apologize for the dangerous and unprofessional ride and hung up on me. Stay away, not worth risking your life!

Avoid! The owner is as pompous as they come! They messed up our ride, and when I emailed to inquire, the owner got on the phone and told me not to call him again. ALL THIS WHILE I WAS IN THE CAR WITH THE DRIVER!
This is a MUST avoid. Help put this guy out of business.
