The staff was incredibly helpful from day one. My husband’s body was sent from Forest Lawn, Los Angeles California to Phanuef for the funeral service Manchester, NH. Forest Lawn did an aweful job with the make up. His face was super thin and the eyes were sunken in. His body was skinny to the bone which they should have done this for us but they didn’t. Forest Lawn is a big funeral place in Los Angeles and surprisingly, I was disppointed with their work. On the other hand, When Phanuef received my husband’s remain, they noticed it right away and immediately got to work fixing him up. The rest went smoothly until the day of the burial.
Please accept my sincere thanks for your phenomenal service. I was so pleased with everything from the funeral home, to the church service and the final resting place, burial. Thak you from the bottom of my heart!

My mother passed away a week ago and from the first contact with Buddy and his team, I felt completely cared for and knew that I didn’t have to worry about the arrangements of my mother’s cremation and handling of the death certificate. The team was amazingly responsive, caring and thorough, providing me with much-​needed comfort during an otherwise challenging and heart-​breaking event. Even though I am 500 miles away, I feel confident that my mother was handled with the best of care.

After learning of the sudden death of my children’s father, everything was in a state of disarray. I mean common who expects a person to just die at the age of 41? Anyhow… my son and I made the trip across country so he could decide just what should be done with his father’s remains. Marie was so kind and nice and after explaining the process to everyone who was in there for him during the week, she again explained it to my son. She also made sure my son understood that he got to make any changes and final arrangements that he wanted. It didn’t matter what others have told her to do. I was very proud of my son in honoring what he thought his father may have wanted. More importantly, I was so impressed with the kindness and respect they showed my children’s father. It was like even though he was longer here in life he was the most important person to them. They were extremely professional throughout the whole process.
