They have a decent selection of healthy pet foods. But they have very poor customer service. I was looking for a large bag of food that they did not stock. They had other flavors, but not the one I buy. I called and asked if they could order the bag, and give me a price. They took my name and number, never called. I called back the following week, «oops, I didn’t check on that», again didn’t call me back. I stopped in the store, now on my third attempt, they still never bothered to check. Never heard from them.
If you can’t or don’t want to do it, just say so. But don’t ignore customers like that. I bought it online
great prices.

I am so glad I found this place!
Pawsitive Pet Nutrition recently moved from their Candia Road location close to South Willow Street. They stock only healthy pet food (no Friskies here).
The shop is spacious and clean. Gail, the owner is extremely knowledgeable. Great selection and the prices are a bit lower than other similar pet food stores.
Big plus – there are two freezers for those of us who have our pets on raw food… she carries several including Bravo and Primal.
Plenty of parking and easy to find.
