This review should be considered a soft 3. A 2.5 star would have been more appropriate. I was staying in the area for business and had two of my colleagues will me. We sat at the bar for dinner. The first thing I noticed was that the bartender was not very friendly. We stood at the most open area at the bar, a corner, where there was still in cleaned glasses on the bar. We were clearly in his line of sight so I’d figure he’d say something like«yeah that areas open» or «give me a second to get that stuff out of your way». Instead after and odd moment of standing there I said is this area good?, and he responded with a delayed annoyed look and said«what’s that!?» I repeated, «Is this area ok to sit?» He finally said yes. We got a round of beers and my friend had a pretty significant chip in the top of his glass. When he asked him to replace it he quickly did so and showed his first sign of personality. I will be fair and say he seemed to be the only bartended, so maybe he was being overworked. We never got any of the brown bread, which I thought was automatic at The Outback, but maybe because we sat st the bat. The food took a while to come out and for the most part it was good. I had the sesame salad with ahi tuna, which I have had before at other location and it was as great as I remember it. But my side of asparagus that I payed $ 3.99 for was only about 7 spears, the tips were charred, almost inedible, and it was extremely over seasoned. The salt was raining off of it, and I don’t mind salt, but this was aweful. One friend had the Strip steak and one had the firecracker salmon. No complaints from them. We asked the bartended to split up the bills and he seamed a little unhappy to hear, not responding with the usual«sure no problem» that we usually get, but did quickly return with the split checks.

My girlfriend and I came here with some extra gift cards from the holidays and we ordered pretty simply. I never realized they had a sandwich menu and so we ordered straight off of that since our gift cards weren’t that high in value. She got the california chicken sandwich and I got the ribeye melt. I liked mine a lot. The melt was very cheesy and there was a lot of flavor in the meat and garlic aioli. It came with a side too, which I had expected to be limited to fries. I got garlic mash instead, which was probably actually a bad idea. I found that the mash here isn’t as good as the other outback I’ve been to. And as usual, there’s no gravy that comes with the mashed potatoes; in this case, even a side of au jus couldn’t help to make the mash taste better. The chicken sandwich, on the other hand, came with a lot of avocado, which I would’ve guessed to be a good thing, but the girlfriend said it masked a lot of the flavors of the chicken. Aside from our entrees, the waiter came by pretty often with a lot of bread and water, which shows pretty good service. Overall, pretty decent of an outback. And the sandwich prices are actually pretty reasonable.

The wait service was good but the steak tacos and the steak salad were truly poor quality my salad had a large ice sheet in the bottom and as it melted the salad got really wet and the meat was as tough as shoe leather his steak tacos smelt like fish and the shells were stale. It was 200 on supper bowl Sunday and it took 25 minutes to bring this mess we were supposed to eat the manager seemed stumped as to what happened but he did get rid of the bill more food was offered but I never take anything back to the kitchen don’t trust the return. So wanted a nice lunch ended sick all night so will not return to that Outback yuck

I had some gift cards that I’d been sitting on for a while and finally decided to order some take-away so I could enjoy the Super Bowl with some beers and some good food. I unfortunately didn’t get the gentleman’s name that brought my food to my car but he was a very nice person and super prompt and courteous(whoever was there at 3:20pm is who I’m referencing). Got the food home and it was all very good. Very pleased, I’ll definitely eat-in sometime.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. We had a party of 12 and tried calling ahead but was placed on hold for 20 minutes with no one responding. When we did arrive the manager was rude, disrespectful and nasty toward us. Would not accommodate us in any measure. The staff was also rude and very disrespectful. No one took the time to explain policy, no apology for the lack of communication. They get no stars from me!

Always love coming here. Never a bad experience. Had the Alice Springs Chicken. Was amazing!!! I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. Yeah the wait might be a bit but call for a reservation or opt for the lounge(aka bar area) seating and get served that much quicker.

My wife and I ate here on 10÷25÷15, Sunday night, for dinner. We each ordered the trio combo in which you can order a salad, a choice of entrées and dessert. We both ordered a 6 oz. sirloin. I had a cup of clam chowder($ 1 extra), baked potato with my steak and a brownie sundae for dessert. My wife had a blue cheese wedge salad, garlic mashed with her steak and a brownie sundae as well. While we were waiting for our meal we overheard a customer complaining about the steak being tough. They were comped their meal as well as a woman sitting next to us because her meal took too long. Not a good sign but it was handled appropriately. Our meals were underwhelming. My wife’s salad had brown ends on the lettuce wedge. My clam chowder was just ok for me. Both our steaks were cooked correctly however they were very dry. It was like the steak had already been cooked and was just sitting around for a long time before we got it. My baked potato was fine but I wish it were a little larger. Our sundaes were not very good. The ice cream reminded me of the cheap yellow vanilla ice cream you get in the freezer, at the store, sold in those square cardboard boxes. The brownie was ok but the nuts in it tasted stale. One highlight was that the service was good throughout our meal. The manager must do a lot of damage control here.

Never disappointed by the consistent service and quality of food. Steaks should always be ordered rare, ordered 2 medium rare and for a 6 oz. portion it was more medium. Hard temp for 6 oz. But even so, minor mistake for a great meal served very timely. I will always come back here, highly recommend.

What the heck happened at Outback? After years of decline, they seem to be making a come back. I stopped in the other day and had a great experience. Our waiter was great, and I had the best cocktail I’ve ever had at a chain, hands-down. Normally I avoid cocktails at chains because they are usually way too sweet and syrupy, but I gave their original mojito a try. It was awesome! Not too sweet, fresh mint, absolutely perfect! Everything about the meal was great except for the Steak on my Steak Salad. While the salad part was great, the Steak was pretty tough and gristly. However, everything else was on point. Craving another mojito now.

Decent food. We both had salmon. The one with mango was presented better than the sim ppl e grilled. But the fish was uncooked in the middle so my friend ate the outside and the mango. Mashed potatoes and mixed veggies were good. Floor was excessively sticky.smh.

My steak tasted like older oxidized meat. Asparagus was too thin and over cooked. Garlic mash was super salty. Spent the entire night throwing up my lunch order from outback. Truly disgusting.

Great customer service the entire time. Food was good for the most part and they have the best wild ice tea drink I have ever tasted. We will be back. I would recommend this outback.

I haven’t been to Outback in a long time but my boyfriend and I had a gift card, so we decided why not. We both ordered prime rib. It was good but the herb crust was too much spice for me. It was overwhelming. Service was fine, guy was nice. It was a good meal but nothing special.

I must start by saying that I have NEVER said«hmm I’m hungry let’s go out to get a steak». I guess its just that I’ve always been conscious about My money and spending $ 24+ on a steak never really sounded like a good thing to spend on. Well, last night the wife and I are driving around Manchester racking our brains on what we want to eat for dinner. Something came over me and I blurted out«outback?, bloomin onion!?». And so it was decided. When we arrived the man at the door told us it would be a 20 minute wait. Not to bad for 7 pm on a Saturday. We tried to sit at a bar table but none were available. We stood close to the bar, and one of the bar area waiters must have saw us try to come in because he came over to us and said a table just opened common over! NICE right? He cleared off the table quickly and said he’d be right back. He was. We ordered rum punches for $ 4 each. They were delicious . The wife saw a crab stuffed mushroom app she wanted. We got it. They were OK. Tasted mostly of lemon with butter on it. If you’ve ever had the stuffed mushrooms from stop and shop, ya know the one in the seafood isle you pop in the oven for 30 minutes… Those are better! I got the blossom petals. Half the cost of a bloomin onion and half the portion which was still more than enough. She ordered a steak with mashed potatoes, and I a steak with fries. Both were goof and well cooked. Waiter was attentive and did a great job. For two«half apps», two steak dinners and 4 rum punches we paid $ 75 after tip. Not to to bad. But when I know I can cook a good steak on the grill at home and have the stop and shop mushrooms and drinks for half the cost at home it might steer me away from going again anytime soon.

My first visit to this location, it was a little crowded but I attribute this to the holiday season and everyone out getting their shopping done. I find the Outback Steakhouse chain to be a little inconsistent so it’s usually pretty good or just okay. We chose to grab a small booth in the bar area verse waiting on a table in the restaurant. Our server appeared to be fairly new and struggled to convey the specials but we got our drink orders fair quickly then ordered our dinner. Unfortunately after about 10 minutes and that’s conservative our server returned to inform us they were out of steaks, thinking this is not possible I questioned him and found out that they weren’t out of all steaks just the type we ordered which was also one of their featured items which was a mouth water 16 oz bone-in ribeye wood fired in which I had ordered med-rare. I asked if we could get the menus back and after a few minutes he returned with the menus and also tried to sway us into some of the other choices I did feel bad for him he was very apologetic. After having to rethink my options I choose the 22 oz Porterhouse and asked for it to be wood fired med-rare he wasn’t sure they would do that but after checking returned and promise that they would accommodate the request seemed strange but okay. The meals arrived about 20 minutes later than we were expecting but it was really nice perfectly cooked, nice baked potato and a skewer of grilled shrimp for the barbie all in all it was a pleasant experience the manager deduct 15% from the bill without being asked which is always nice but unexpected. So it’s not always about how you start but how you finish…

Really liked this chain, the outback special is a very consistent reliable piece of steak. This location Tends to get busy during dinner and there is always a long wait, if your party is small I suggest going straight to the bar to eat, quite a few booths available some will seat 4 comfortably and it’s the fastest way to get food. Service has been consistently good. They also offer curbside pick up which has been great. Parking is limited specially during winter, whoever plows this plaza is not doing a good job this must be frustrating to the owner I assume specially when the trucks come in to replenish the goods. Good location, close to the highway and the mall.
