There isn’t any kind of store front… just walk into the big double swinging doors. and there is a price list on a white board high above the cabinets to your left. You might want to call ahead to place your order because they will cut everything to your specifications, there aren’t any prepackaged steaks. They also only sell fresh pork part of the week and then it’s made into sausage. From the area by the cash register you can look right into the slaughter room so if you’re squeamish or don’t really want to think about where your food is coming from, probably best to call ahead. My husband stopped by once and had to wait about 20 minutes while they downed and dressed out a steer. Their pork sausage is AMAZING. The best sausage I have ever had straight off of the grill. Beef and chicken is always very flavorful. It really tastes so much better than the brine and preservative injected stuff you buy at a typical grocery.
