Simply amazing.
It is incredible the difference in customer service, store cleanliness, organization, and overall store appeal.
After experiencing an awesome Gamestop in California last week this was a huge let down.
NONE of the games in the used Wii or PS3 sections were organized. The store had a stale feel, and the two employees could care less about anyone shopping in the store and were more concerned about not making enough money and complaining about how much money they had to their name.
We were never asked if we needed any help, we were not greeted when entering the store, and when we left… You guessed it. Nothing. They completely ignored us and although there were no other customers they were deep in personal conversation. This store needs to be closed or management needs to be replaced and competent employees need to be hired.
I will not return to this gamestop or recommend it to anyone.
