I just purchased an 08′ Jeep Compass from Frank’s. The process was amazingly easy!!! Literally I was in an out with signing my paperwork. Other places I have been to, I have sat for hours on end. Not at Frank’s.if you have all of your stuff together (paperwork), the down payment… you’re good to go. Not to mention the price you see on their website was the ACTUAL price I paid for a down payment. I didn’t get there and they say well, its 800 but you have to pay 500 more. Nope it was cut throat to the point, I loved it. The car itself is clean and in great shape. Plus with the snow we just had today, it was wonderful in it. I would def recommend them to anybody who questions me.

My husband and I bought a vehicle from this place leas than a month ago. It has already been in for repairs at least four times. Last Monday, I called for an appointment to get it fixed the next day, (for the same problem it had before). On Tuesday, they told me our appointment was really for Wednesday. Then they said e needed a part and could come in Thursday, if the part was in. On Thursday, they said the part wasn’t in, then they sad the part was in but they didn’t have time to see us until the following Tuesday (one week after the original appointment). Plus they treated me in a condescending manner. I would never deal with place again.
