This is absolutely the worst place ever. I like their juices but their products are fakes and garbage. I bought a 5 pack of Aspire Atlantis coils there for my setup. I made small talk with the guy and i told him i usually go to smokers heaven and he proceeded to badmouth them and told me all their products are fake and they rip people off. I told him i dint know that and it made me rethink about going to smokers heaven ever again.
So i went home and I took one of the atomizers out and put it in and i knew something was wrong. i wasn’t getting any vapor (I have a sigelei 150 watt box mod). I took it out and put in a new one and it started popping and crackling really bad and tasted burned. I then went back to the box, scratched Aspire’s code on the back and looked it up Aspire’s website. the code came back does not exist. So basically they are selling fake products. I called the store and spoke with a really nice guy that said he would refund me and to come in the next day. I got busy at work and was unable to go in. I ended up going back a few weeks later and it was the same guy that originally sold me the coils and who was badmouthing smokers heaven. I proceeded to tell him that i bought the coils there and that someone said i could get my money back. He asked me his name but all i knew was that he worked on Fridays. He told me he couldn’t and that all sales are final. I asked him if he knew he was selling fake stuff and he said no. I said «grab one of your 5 packs of coils and scratch the back.» He said no. I told him it is illegal to sell products as real if they are not (think of fake uggs or purses). He then tells me that he knows his products are «clones» and not fake. So basically this moron thinks a clone with a fake scratch number is not fake?
Anyways i went to smokers heaven and bought real coils — i checked the code. I will be posting this review everywhere i can so you may see it multiple times. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to get ripped off and have a bad attitude toward you when their stuff is illegitimate.

One star because they have good juices, and because I can’t give them less. This place other than that one reason SUCKS. I came here once to buy juice for tax free and because it’s decently cheaper than the place in Lowell I go. When my husband wanted to buy a set up I decided we would give these guys a try since I had only bought juice here I wasn’t sure what to expect. Well I found out. Friday July 24^th we got a whole set up, got to the car and the battery (istick 20w) was broken. Never used, went in and the kid who was working that day was cool saw it was broken and gave us a new one (pretty sure it was 10watts less than the box we had gotten before, but that’s besides the point) we spent in total $ 140 so yea I would expect a little care from a business with a new consumer. Well THE NEXT DAY the tank broke (Aspire Atlantis 2), unfortunately we went away for the weekend and we’re not able to return until Tuesday July 28^th. Told the VERY UNCARING employee working what had happened, he literally said, «you broke it, nothing we can do, your out of luck» after arguing for a bit we asked for the managers number because this kid did not care. Well the owner of the company is just as bad. All we wanted was a working tank, after selling us two broken products. After ten minutes of arguing with him we even offered to take a cheaper tank. He offered us NOTHING! Not even sympathy. He told us it’s not his fault he buys bad quality stuff from his manufacturing company… whhhhat, did he really just say that! Long story short we will NEVER BE BACK AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! They do have a small sign that reads «all sales final» well that’s because they sell junk and they have little knowledge of there products. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you are in the Lowell area go to Elevation Vape they have good quality stuff and the owner and employees actually care about there customers.
