Evision Eyecare

My husband son and i all got our eye exams and new frames this month, what friendly service. The store was very busy but very clean. We all love our frames, they were in the store in less than a week

We have been using Evision for the past 6 years and with every visit the service gets better. Al the staff are warm and welcoming.

Excellent staff and thorough eye exam. I was pleased with the tech and doctor. Everything was explained in simple language, questions were listened to and responded to well. For me and my many doctor experiences through my life this was the type of appointment I dream of. The exam was professional and the doctor didn’t miss a detail plus she had a pleasant manner about her. (mind having a senior moment but I think her name was Feldman) I left feeling I understood all about the state of my eyes and vision. Since I don’t need glasses I am not able to comment on that service or their stock.

Great experience, Brad and Nicole, you were both excellent. It took me a couple of visits to fine tune my prescription, as I wanted to be able to see, as well as, when I was young. Getting older has it’s perks, but losing my vision is not one of them. They took the time necessary to answer all my questions and made sure I was getting the best lenses for me. I’m a pilot and seeing clearly is really important to me, as it is to all of us. Both my son and I are clients. We’ve visited other eye care centers, but after finding Evision we’re staying put, they even handled all the insurance stuff. Thanks Evision.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Evision and have gone there three times now for glasses and contacts prescriptions. To give you an example of their excellent service:
On one contact order, the supplier took 2 – 3 months to send the contacts to Evision;
apparently they were back ordered. In the mean time Evision provided trial pairs while we were waiting on the supplier to send my order.
The next time I went back for a contacts prescription, I happened to bring my broken glasses where the band around the frame had just snapped. They fixed it in 5 – 10 minutes on the spot, and didn’t even charge me. For my contact prescription, they had very good service, were very courteous, were understanding to providing a prescription so that I could order them online. I ultimately ended up ordering them from Evision because they were comparably priced to 1−800-Contacts (although if I looked hard enough, I found them $ 20 – 30 cheaper elsewhere) and their service has been so great. When I picked them up, they even reminded me about the mail-​in-​rebate and printed out everything I needed.
Overall their exam and contact lense prices were on-​par with others. If you look hard enough, you can find others that are slightly cheaper, but I think you’ll find that their exceptional service is a great value for the price.
All-​in-​all, every experience I’ve had with Evision has been great. Its nice to see a local optometrist provide exceptional service at a good price.

My glasses were crushed at work. During lunch, I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. We quickly found a set of frames and the owner stepped in to determine the prescription and sent me back to work with perfect vision. Thanks…

By far, one of the worst eye exams I have ever had. All that was done was have my eyes follow a pen.
I bought glasses and I saw worse with them than I did without them. When I returned them, I simply requested a refund and the doctor handling the return kept trying to get me to have another exam and then have my glasses refit despite my requesting a refund and nothing more.
They were all very nice, but you can get better product for your money elsewhere.

Had a great experience a this office. Nadia was warm and knowledgable about booking (and then rebooking) my husband and my appointments. Brad, the owner, personally came out and welcomed us, explained how the appointments would work and talked with us about our vision insurance (VSP). We had our appointments, and our Doctor was very efficient, explained everything well, and was quick! After we came out, Brad again sat with us as we discussed our options regarding our prescriptions. We decided to get my husband new glasses and contacts and the staff as a whole was very patient and detailed in guiding us through that process. Because my husband has a condition which requires hard lenses, we had to special order them. Brad broke down the pricing on paper and even after the appointment called me himself to let me know the cost would be higher than expected, and so gave me a percentage off the total price. (Speaking of pricing, they seemed on par with other eye care places, we have eye insurance so I can’t speak for people without. We still ended up paying a few hundred out of pocket, but of course everyone’s insurance/​financial and health prescription is different).
When the contacts came in and it was time to try them on, they again were efficient and warm. All in all a very non dramatic, painless experience. What you want from an eye doctors office. And after our traumatic experience with nh eye associates (see my review of them), we are THANKFUL for the professional and speedy accuracy of Evision Eye Care.
(The fact that it’s downtown, and you can walk to a great meal right after doesn’t hurt either!!)

As someone who lives AND works in Manchester, I have known about Evision Eyecare for some time now, but for reasons that seem ridiculous now, I tended in the past to patronize chains for my eye care. Never again! I made the switch because they take my insurance, but I will definitely stay for the prompt, friendly and efficient service. I was a few minutes late due to searching for a parking spot, but they ushered me in for my exam right away after locating my insurance information (I don’t have a card). I wanted to go back to wearing contacts after a few years’ hiatus and they fitted me with the right prescription, recommended a great brand to suit my specific needs, offered to deliver said contacts to my door AND then gave me all the rebate information I could possibly qualify for. Because they handle the insurance side, I don’t have to worry about any paperwork EXCEPT the rebates, so that made me even happier than the very reasonable expenditure on contacts and the exam.
The office itself is bright an cheery, with huge windows looking out onto Elm Street. The exam room was comfortable and quiet, and my optician listened to all my flaily blurty questions and answered them with knowledge, humor and professionalism.
All three employees I dealt with were all super friendly, patient and helpful. I will surely be back for glasses and/​or sunglasses at some point soon.

Just completed my third eye exam and eye glasses purchase from evision eyecare. It’s a small full-​service shop with a great selection of frames, contacts, fast friendly service and doctors on site in a great location. They deal directly with my insurance company, work everything out and really make my exam and purchase of new frames easy and pleasant. My optician Nicole was also extremely patient and helpful in selecting a new pair of frames. I’ve always been completely satisfied with my experience and bring my children here as well for their exams and eyewear.
