Came through as promised. Searched the web for a local, independent repair company and Doug’s Appliance came up. Dialed his number and Doug answered the phone! Explained my issue and requested a worst case bottom line price.(Wanted to make sure I wasn’t spending good money after bad). He came out that day, mission accomplished! Thanks Doug.

I called in a panic late afternoon when my fridge stopped working and Doug was at my door the next day around 10 am and made me very grateful. Was the repair work needed completed? Yes. Some things I did not like… lack of professionalism. He showed up at my back door and did not introduce himself until I asked. Wrote out the bill and told me the amount I owed. Did not explain what he did to repair my fridge, why it may have broke, how long the new part may last… I had to ask him to tell me this information. He pulled some papers that were lost behind my fridge and left them on the ground. He also washed his hands in my sink and left the dirty paper towel on my counter… He could have been a little more polite and asked where my trash was and cleaned up after himself. I’ve never had something at my house serviced and experienced something like this. I gave him 2 stars because I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism/personality. I’m not saying we need to have a coffee chat but I do expect you to keep me informed as your customer and at least introduce yourself.
