i am a frequent flyer at Dairy Queen on Second Street. It saddens me to know that they are closing in less than a week for remodel. ANYWAYS, I legit come here almost everyday and I must say, the majority of the staff is very friendly and upbeat, of course you will always have those couple that aren’t lol. I must say though, I order the strawberry cheesequake with extra cheesecake every time and I simply cannot get enough!!!

We stopped by here for a quick dessert. The line was out the door, I decided to go and wash my hands first. While waiting in the line for the bathroom I heard this creep inside the men’s bathroom making the most horrific sounds as if he was engaging pleasure with someone else in the bathroom. Then when I went back in line I had another creep approaching me. The neighborhood was nothing to write home about. Then when I got my blizzard they didn’t flip it and it was awful, nothing was mixed. I asked some one else to remake it for me. It was told to the same guy that had made the first one to remake it and be sure to make it right this time. Right he made it right! It was so watery that if I was to flip it would have poured out. Locations as such really gives bad name to other Dairy Queen. I won’t stop going to them but I won’t be coming back to this location.

I have been to this Dairy Queen twice even though I do not live in Manchester. Both times I have been very satisfied with my blizzard. On my last visit this week I ordered a small peanut butter cookie dough smash blizzard without the cookie dough and chocolate chunks. It cost close to $ 4. Even though I omitted two ingredients they were very generous with the amount of peanut butter cookies and peanut butter sauce they put in. I had a piece of cookie in every spoon. The consistency of the blizzard was thick and fantastic. I took my time eating it and it never melted. I would’ve given them 5 stars but the person serving me did not hand me my blizzard upside down and that really annoyed me.

Been going here for years. Very nostalgic as they haven’t changed ANYTHING inside or out since probably before I was born. The people are actually very NICE here and I usually go inside rather than use the drive thru. The biggest problem lately is that the restaurant seating area smells like urine. I understand the bathrooms are next to the seating area, but really — doesn’t ANYONE else smell this? Has kept me away for sure.

This is the Dairy Queen by which all Dairy Queens are measured. What I like about it… the food comes to you fast, it’s greasy and tastes really good. No need to eat for the rest of the day after a burger and fries here. And then there is the obligatory after dinner treat, the Blizzard. Usually when I’m here I’ll get the Strawberry Cheesequake. Yeah, it’s heavy and rich but, wow, is it tasty! The Oreo Blizzard also rates highly but my favorite is still the Cheesequake. Doesn’t matter whether it’s in the middle of summer or during a cold winter… gotta have one whenever I come here. Yum!

My friend and I enjoy stopping here for some DQ treats all year round. The creamy soft serve ice cream cones dipped in cherry sauce and the Blizzards are great!
