Connecticut Safety and Maintenance

One recent afternoon I was searching for hours upon hours for a special piece to add to my Halloween costume. That costume? A Breaking Bad cook outfit. Therefore, I was in search of a yellow chemical resistant one piece coverall complete with hood and booties. Among many others I assume, due to their general lack of availability, I scoured the internet for an affordable option. My quest ended with Connecticut Safety and Maintenance, and boy am I glad it did!
According to Connecticut Safety and Maintenance’s website, they are a «a nationwide supplier of safety, maintenance, material handling, industrial, janitorial and paper products.» As such they offer an incredible array of merchandise ranging from storage items, chemical cleaners, packaging supplies, paper products, and so much more. And so, it was here, I found my Dupont Tychem Yellow Coverall with Serged Seems, Attached Hood, and Boots for just under $ 10. Not bad! I paid for 2-​day shipping due my last minute purchase before a quickly approaching early Halloween get together.
As you may imagine, I was quite dismayed to receive an email from the company explaining that my item was not in stock and that would take a couple extra days to ship. Unfortunately, due to my time constraint, this was not ideal. A message back explaining that I needed the item by the end of the week was met surprisingly with openness and creativity rather than the obstacles I fully expected to encounter. Options were discussed, reimbursement explained.. . and here I am, holding my Yellow Coverall not 1, but 2 days before the party.
The most surprising part? The employee I was working with knew full well that this item was for a Halloween costume. Not some sort of important experiment, work obligation, or other «real» need. No matter my reason for ordering from their company, I felt as though my business was valued as highly as that from a large buyer. I appreciate this and would certainly recommend this company in the future to anyone requiring their services.
