Connecticut Cane and Reed

I bought caning supplies; when I received them, they weren’t sufficient for the project. When I emailed to request a return, customer service said to return the materials, I did so, but customer service did not issue me a credit or refund as they promised. I sent them the FedEx signature proof of delivery, but they did not respond. Multiple calls and emails were left unanswered.

I was looking for a supplier of cane and reed for a set of dining room chairs and some random other pieces when I came across Connecticut Cane & Reed.
There are a million things I could write about the obscure art of caning chairs and furniture, and some self-​deprecating jokes I could make about the time it takes or the dork factor, but it will suffice to say:
