I needed a very specific rental (3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, house, good location in neighborhood, well kept and affordable-​like that’s available). I went to realtor after realtor… lot’s of them listened politely and said, «Nope…don’t have that). Then, my last desparate stop was at this office. Alison was at the front desk. actually took notes on what I wanted (oh and I forgot to say two cats and two teenagers)…and said, «I’ll send an eblast to all agents». In four days, a realtor who owned a house like the one I described who had been considering either renting or selling but hadn’t done anything yet… called. We rented it within days at a price we could tolerate. All because Alison did what she said she was going to do. I highly recommend her.
