Burger King

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I know What Burger King is and more importantly what it’s not. When done right their food is pretty good for fast food
This particular location does nothing right. The food is terrible, just gross. The wait times are ridiculous, they get everything wrong. The staff is very inept
It’s close to my house so several times I have thought «I will go back and give them another try» every single time I regret it. I now drive to the one on Southwillow as that location seems to at least get it somewhat right, the food there is more what I would expect from Burger King

One expects freshly made food if you have to spend money but I was disappointed that the food served on this location was as if it’s a day old. The fries were almost stale and cold. If you can’t serve people fresh food you shouldn’t be in business period. This place doesn’t deserve even a single star. I wish there was a negative star.

I understand burger king is nothing great, but bk should take their name off this one. always a large wait even when your the only one there I wouldn’t even review a bk, but I figure it can serve as a warning. I have blacklisted this location a number of times but like a fool give it another shot. never again.while waiting for food they say were waiting on
.meanwhile a lady comes up quite upset that her fries were
they fix her order than we get called up for ours. upon sitting down we realize they gave my wife these cold, old fries as they were COLD. could not believe it. there is no freaking way that those were the fries we were waiting on. I was gonna yell at the manager but I didn’t want money back or new food. I’m just gonna wipe my hands of this place and give it to ppl who actually try. keep your burnt hrs old o rings and cold fries

Slightly disappointed. I love their iced coffee. Won’t get it and be satisfied at any other fast food place around. My problem is with the amount of ice. I order it there ‘light ice’ and the normal amount is put it. Went this afternoon, ordered it ‘no ice’ and I would put money that my iced coffee was mixed with water. It’s bland and unsweet, not like the regular excellent iced coffee I’m used to. If this is how they’re going to follow through with ‘have it your way’ I will go to the BK on South Willow.

Pretty standard BK. Conveniently located, decent service, all the standard food you’d expect.
It’s a Burger King, whaddya want…

Burger King is Burger King. You will mostly always get the same quality food. What will make one stand out from the rest is the experience when coming inside.
I went there to get dinner for my family and was over charged on multiple items when I questioned the cashier I was given a significant amount of attitude. When I spoke to the manager I received the same poor attitude. I was not concerned about the $ 2. More about the fact that this has happened multiple times. I addressed this with the manager only to be dismissed casually by her. As I was leaving a off work employee flipped me off and had some choice words. (Very inappropriate)
I’ve called Burger King corporate to file a complaint but have never been responded back too. I’ve been boycotting this site ever since. There are multiple fast food places that don’t hire disrespectful employees. I guess I expected more as Burger King is such a brand name. I was wrong for that

I too have been overcharged at this place! The food wasn’t too bad though. What irked me most was that they had some kind of promotion with their receipts — something about letting them know how the service was, etc. But they don’t give you one when going through the drive through without asking for it. This happened several times — then I ASKED for one and the girl said (it’s in the bag). Well it WASN’T in the bag — that was just the order ticket that you couldn’t use to go online, etc. It was as if they KNEW they weren’t going to win any awards for service, so they slowed down the negative complaints! Too bad — here’s mine.

An OK Burger King… I mean, food is as bad and fatty for you as any other fried food and burger. But what really irked me was the slow service and the mis-​pricing. Somehow she charged me for something else and I had to pay an extra dollar. A dollar increase for a fast food meal is a drastic difference from a gourmet restaurant. I couldn’t even complain about this wrong order because the line was so long from their slow service.
